   I flew in for a connecting flight (EWR-LHR, LHR-GVA), only flew int’l business on the way in, and was glad to have our family welcomed at this UA lounge. FWIW all passengers flew business so not sure if that why we could use? The showers were awesome. No fees, just show boarding pass, and they let you into a clean spacious private bathroom w all the things you need (cleaner, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, coat rack, hair dryer, toilet, etc). This is great coming off an overnight flight. Food was ok (morning for us). Better than US selections.

   This lounge is much nicer than a typical US united lounge. The lounge is spacious, has great view for plane spotting. Food offering is decent, one of the nicest options is the shower. This lounge is between a typical United lounge and a polaris lounge.

   Nice spacious lounge, was really busy when I visited. Extensive bar and a nice selection of hot and cold food, though some items were being replenished so we didn't get a choice of the full range. I have a selection of their salad and it was really delicious.

   Excellent service and great range of drinks. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. There is plenty of seating. We arrived 3 hours before our San Francisco flight and the time flew by really quickly.

   I really liked being able to use the showers before my long haul flight. Despite the lounge being almost full, I didn't have to wait for a shower stall which was just cleaned and fresh towels provided. It was almost full so finding a seat was difficult for a family of 4 but we were able to find something. The food was good but nothing like the Polaris lounges. The last time I visited this lounge at LHR was before they had Polaris lounges and at that time I really liked it. Was a bit disappointed as my expectation was a bit high.

3. Roman Roaming Around ★★★★☆

   Nicely decorated lounge. It looks very modern and bright. An open bar is great but I didn’t like the mojito at all. Food selection is also very basic and lacks of option.
