   I always choose Emirates, and every experience reminds me exactly why. From the moment you arrive, there’s a sense of calm, organisation, and genuine hospitality that truly sets the airline apart. The Emirates Terminal 3 Lounge is exceptional — spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. It feels more like a premium retreat than an airport lounge. The atmosphere is comfortable, the amenities are excellent, and everything runs seamlessly, which makes travelling far more enjoyable and stress-free. What truly makes Emirates stand out, however, is the people. The team is consistently kind, attentive, and professional, and every interaction feels sincere. A great airline is built on a great team, and Emirates clearly understands that — their staff elevate the entire experience and make it memorable. Because of the hospitality, service, and attention to detail, flying with Emirates never feels overwhelming. It feels welcoming, premium, and genuinely well cared for from start to finish.    The lounge was spotless and well-maintained, but the reception experience was disappointing. As soon as I arrived and took a short video of the entrance, the receptionist abruptly told me to delete it, assuming I was recording her. A friendly welcome should come before any assumptions. The manager later apologized, which I appreciated, but the initial interaction left a poor first impression. I enjoyed the food and drinks offering.

   We had the best experience here. I hate flying and the whole airport experience so this just made everything better. Beautiful lounge with an excellent selection of freshly cooked hot and cold foods and so many options to choose from. Perfect place to relax before a long flight. It’s large and spacious, with private areas and social areas. The prayer room is a lovely touch that you don’t often get in UK lounges. And the best bit - you can board the aircraft straight from the lounge which means no waiting around at the gate!! Wish I had more time here!!!

   An Outstanding Lounge Experience This lounge was excellent in every respect — the service was impeccable and the staff consistently attentive and professional. It stands in a completely different league compared to many of the overcrowded, lower-tier lounges that accept almost anyone with a Priority Pass. The food selection was impressive, offering a wide variety of high-quality dishes and pastries. Although I wasn’t particularly hungry during my visit, I noticed they also have a full restaurant section where proper dinner is served — a rare and welcome feature. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a premium pre-flight experience.

   Amazing experience, mostly from the perspective of the variety and quality of food. Visited again after around a couple of years and I must say the supreme quality didn’t change. I had to make rounds around 3 times, still several items were not explored. The boarding is directly from lounge which is super convenient.

   What can you say, it's an Emirates lounge. Staff are attentive, it's super clean and the food is out of this world. Great flavours and presentation. A fully stocked self service bar to ensure you can relax. Showers should you require them. It's a great way to start your journey by being in here.

   This business Emirates lounge has good number of seaters. Had many egg options in the breakfast and you can board your flight directly from here if your boarding gate is 7. Breakfast buffet included omelettes, scrambled eggs, poached eggs, dosa, breads, multiple fresh juices

   Lovely clean and quiet place to rest and relax before the flight. Amazing selection of soft and alcoholic drinks including Moët champagne. Excellent choice of food. Brilliantly friendly staff and very clean. Boarding the flight direct from the lounge was a great bonus.

   Flew economy, but Emirates Skywards members can pay to access the lounge. Great location: you can board directly from the lounge whether travelling in Business or economy. Good selection of food and premium drinks including champagne. Lounge includes shower facilities. Plenty of space available although we did arrive a couple of hours before our flight and the lounge started to get busier as we approached boarding. Do try and get there early to get the full experience. Definitely worth trying out.

   Great experience at Emirates Lounge - Terminal 3 London Heathrow Airport Visited on a Saturday morning while traveling to Mumbai via Dubai. Arrived at 7:00 AM and lounge was nearly empty. Well spaced area with enough seats to relax and dine. Situated on 2nd floor and has option of both stairs and lift. Once you come out of lift can go either side - to access seating area. Drinks, refreshment, snacks, food - there is a good range available. For Indian vegetarians like me, there are though limited options. Seats are of good quality, sofa type. No recliners. Also only few seats (white sofas) have power switch to charge. The lounge provides a very good view of the terminal. One can continuously see taxing and take off.. what an experience!! I also had opportunity to see multiple operations linked to Emirates A380 - connecting aero-bridges (3 nos.) luggage unloading etc. Enjoyed my time here :)
