Seating could be more comfortable. Nice selection of snacks. There could be a particular area reserved for people making loud extended phone calls or watching videos with sound. Good place to relax and wait for your flight.

What a beautiful lounge. I normally fly with Star Alliance and use the lounge next door, Los Angeles, but this one really exceeded my expectations. The seating area was delightful, and the service and food were excellent. I especially liked that they offer drinks in cans instead of on tap. The food was incredible, as were the crisps and the variety they have available. I really enjoyed my time here — very comfortable, and I’d love to use this lounge again in the future.

The breakfast food options are quiet basic! There didn't seem to be a regular clean up service dirty dishes/ cutlery were not being cleared up, however, still better than the Aer Lingus Lounge in Dublin.

2/21/25 first time flying from terminal 2 with aer lingus thru Dublin to Philly. The club is clean, has decent seating and restrooms. Watches a few planes land too! The beverage selection along with coffee machines were decent. The good though was not very appealing and when I went up the oatmeal was like soup there were two lonely pieces of bacon and one sausage left in meat tray. They had some eggs and rolls left but nothing was replenished before we left. Nice to sit in quiet and be able to recharge the phone and myself

This lounge has recently been refurbished and it (Oct 2024) still smells new. The food won't win any prizes but as a space it's very pleasant, spacious and when I went (mid morning) lacking the crowds so many others have. Note you can get in here with BA status but I believe you can't sign in a guest.

Nice comfortable lounge in T2. Easy to find, turn right after you get through security. Limited snacks and drinks, had to go into the terminal to find a good coffee. Plenty of space to relax.

What I liked about the lounge is its quietness and space. I can't say much about food as I believe I arrived between breakfast and lunch time, meaning there were just biscuits and muffins to eat plus a few croissants. The lounge is very easy to find at the right of the departure hall after the security area.

A nice place to get away from the noise and stress off the airport. Has a selection of red, white and sparkling wines, beers and several juices and waters. We were nicely attended. The place is too hot for my taste, though

So so so incredibly disappointed by this experience. I was invited to pay £30 lounge access when checking in for a morning flight and decided to treat myself - it's Christmas.... For £30, I got pastries, juice and coffee. That was about it. No hot food and certainly no alcohol before 11am. An abject disgrace for a lounge of a flag-carrying airline at one of the world's largest airports. Do better Aer Lingus.

Nice selection of food and drink to keep you going if you don't want a full hot meal. Well stocked and re stocked during my time . The lady re stocking and cleaning the tables was the nicest person you could meet working yhe whole time to keep the place clean not something you see all the time . this is a great spot to spend a few hours in peace and quiet and with staff like this will definitely be back next time at heathrow. Thank you
