   THE OWNER IS NUTS!! I was trying to park and wasn't sure what way was best, he came over and told me where to park but after that he gave me a face of disgust, like I am the reason for whatever issue he has in life. I asked if he was ok and that was that . Mins after, I was walking to the gate to go up to the restaurant and he met me at the gate. He stated that people must be careful with how they speak to people and I said "Exactly'. He got upset again and said that he can tell me something that I would not like, I asked him and what would that be... He replied, I am the owner and you are not allowed to enter. I simply responded "Do you feel better now?". What's weird is that he obviously had a problem and wanted to use someone as an outlet but I wasn't giving him that. I left and went and spent my miner somewhere else. It's crazy how some people try to show dominance by the material possessions they have. What's weird is that I actually don't care. As a business owner myself all I can say is, I'm surprised he still have a license, if that is the way he deals with people

   My ticket stated that event started at 10 and I arrived roughly at 11:20pm and the security guards kept on saying 5 minutes like wth. It started pouring with rain and random people got to go in it was ridiculous. For some reason they connected 2 events together but yet kept people separate so it’s either you go to one or the other but you don’t get to choose. We came in and there was no cloakroom like are you joking? The djs kept on changing every 30 min and there was really long silent periods where the was no music so it was awkward

   Staff were really nice however. The djs were not good I recommended top songs to get people dancing they only played 1 of them like 3 hours later and only then people started dancing. I would of just gone somewhere else if I knew the music was gonna be this dry. Sometimes it wasn’t bad but gurantee even I would of gotten people dancing.

   This place here is absolutely appalling, shocking I don’t even know how such a place can be open in 2022 it’s got the worse security man who thinks his the boss / owner and an awful clock room assistant who’s got no class/ personality at all ! He basically decides what he wanst to charge people! With some its 2 and some it’s £3 I will not recommend I will never even bother not worth it at all

   Main concern: Lacks security. Other issues: DJ talks too much (tried to be an MC) and entry fee is way too high for what the place is. No sense of security: Security generally lackadaisical and no visible presence inside the venue or in the smoking area - this place really does need good security considering some of the questionable clientele. On entry, they carried out a frisk search which was so incomplete they might as well not have bothered. On the night I went, present was a large group of young men with a number of them wearing full face balaclavas and at one point entered the DJ booth to intimidate the DJ into playing 'drill' music - which noone wants to hear on a night out (apart from that group of course). It appeared as if the group were looking for trouble and there was no security intervention, are your security colleagues afraid to do their job or are they just not paid enough? Minor issues: DJ plays good music but cuts in way too much over the music to speak, almost trying to be an MC which he's not actually great at. Also, £20 entry fee for this type of venue on Old Kent Road - really?

   Absolutely terrible. Bar service is extremely slow with no sense of urgency from staff. The security are awful and extremely rude I’ve never experienced such rude staff at a venue. I literally did not even want to enter the building due to the behaviour of security but had no choice as it was my friends birthday. You are forced to put your jacket in the cloakroom I have never experienced this ever! This is clearly a scam to pull in more money. Such a shame because I’d love to support this black run business but they never receive another penny from me. The worst hospitality I have ever experienced. Surprised these guys are still in business.
