   I called on Monday the 2nd at 9am, asking is you are able to change tyres. Lovely lady confirmed and arranged time for 3rd at 4pm. When my partner arrived, a gent told him that he doesn't have our reservation and he doest have time for another three days. No apology, no rearranging time. We have travelled from Edinburgh for this just to say hello and back. Very disappointing.

   Went in to get 4 new tyres fitted and only replaced the back 2 as the nuts on the front were too tight and broke my locking wheel nut key. Offered no help to replace this and only put 4 out of 5 studs back in the rear wheels, they never told me this and seemed like it was safe to drive with not all of the nuts on place. Absolutely shocking service and zero help, passing the blame onto other people You've stated that the wheel nuts were overtightened but all nuts were tightened as per BMW torque settings, you still never offered anything to replace the broken key, you were more concerned on blaming someone else and not taking responsibility for your actions. Even if the nuts were over tightened you should have still been able to take them off, a professional garage would have managed
