I’m often in this area and among the pharmacies here, I always find Wigmore Pharmacy to be, by far, the best. They provide excellent customer service, they are efficient and the pharmacist IP (Adam) is very professional and helpful. They have a well stocked pharmacy (both prescription and non-prescription items) and a pleasant premises. The clinical staff have access to well-equipped consultation rooms, which are clean, private and it’s clear that hygiene and safety is taken very seriously. I had my seasonal flu jab here today and I would highly recommend to anyone.
I’ve recently partnered with Wigmore Pharmacy and have been so impressed with the service. The team are always welcoming, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable, making the whole experience seamless whether it’s purchasing prescriptions or attending training. A special mention to Natalie, who goes above and beyond every time her support and expertise make such a difference. Highly recommend!
Avoid if you want great customer service. The pharmacist today could not care less about whether or not he had my prescription in stock.The worst dismissive behaviour I have ever encountered in London! The pharmacist just simply refused to come out of his boredom and make eye contact, he just shrugged his shoulders when asked any questions. And muttered under his breath " we don't stock that here" Interesting that a renowned pharmacy doesn't stock a very popular bone protector for osteoporosis prevention. Just plain rude unacceptable behaviour from a prestige pharmacy. Shocking.

I have been an account holder at wigmore medical for over 15 years. The service I have received by Natalie Ball and her team in the aesthetics department is outstanding. Natalie herself goes above and beyond to provide me with the products , support, further training. Her staff and very friendly and always willing to help. I have in the past used other aesthetics pharmacies and Wigmore Medical is by far the best all round!
Wigmore medical have been and continue to be fantastic (have been using them for over 5 years), the customer care is exceptional and the staff are knowedgeable and friendly, would definitely recommend, nothing is to much trouble for Natalie our account manager she always goes the extra mile.
I have been a customer of Wigmore Medical for well over 12 years and have always had excellent customer service. The staff in the pharmacy are extremely helpful and the team running the aesthetics division are a pleasure to deal with - excellent product knowledge and timely communication.
My favorite pharmacy close to Harley Street. Been here multiple times and was always helped quickly. The communication with Maria via Email was also fast and helpful. Will be back in March!
I have been an account holder with Wigmore for years now and I have to leave this review following my dealings with them. I placed an order for products online and then after a few days of waiting for delivery I phoned them to be told that some of my products are not in stock. I asked when will they get the items in stock to be told they have no idea, it could be weeks or months!!!! The lady I spoke to said she/they had no idea when they may get the stock. What kind of customer service is this? How can they expect customers to wait indefinitely ? Given this service I have been forced to cancel my order and look elsewhere. Disgusting customer service. If I could give less than one star I would.
