   Absolute joke of a store. The closing time clearly states 19:30, yet on three consecutive days I arrived to find it already shut at 19:25, 19:15, and even 19:07. I physically can’t get there any earlier due to work commitments, and I only have a few days left to collect my items. Considering it’s December and the Christmas period, you’d expect them to actually honour their own opening hours.

   Absolutely shockingly run store, nearly into December and they have the same staff serving customers also collecting items, this is not an efficient way to run a store especially when have warehouse staff clearly there, also one qué for everything even returns what an absolute shambles, no wonder people shop online if struggle to run a store that can run so easily with right people in management.

   I buy a lot from Argos, and have done so for years. But in the last couple of years or so especially, this airdrie branch staff are getting more and more rude. No customer service skills, never greeted or thanked for buying. No one smiles in there. Highly recommend to avoid this branch and go straight to Coatbridge, a lot more professional over there.

   I recently visited Argos in Airdrie. I would like to thank Dean in particular as he was extremely helpful and offered to help me to my car with my purchase. He was professional efficient and mannerly which made my buying process enjoyable

   Bought a laptop 2 months later it wouldn't turn on so they sent it away for repair got it back a month later then 3 weeks later same problem so I went back with it still won't refund or replace .They will replace items if not working if only £20 or less more expensive items they palm you off with sending it away .

   Went in at 5.59 not realising it was closing at 6. A woman named Annie (blue hair, terrible attitude) stormed over and stood right infront of me and said very aggressively that they are closed other customers looked over as she was so confrontational. I stood there for a wee second in disbelief that she had spoken to me like that. I looked around at other staff who all looked mortified she then started to tap her watch and say we close at 6 on the dot. I was so angry at the way she had spoken to me I lodged a formal complaint but was told I would recieve an email 48 hours later but nothing so highly suspect nothing was recorded. This woman is so insanely rude all she had to say to me was sorry we close at 6 and I would have left instead she pranced around the shop shouting at people. She has a disgustingly rude attitude, I had actually reserved items and paid for them but after how I was treated I let the time run out got my money back (£410) and went to smyths and the entertainer which also has click and collect instead. I will not be back to any Argos if this is the customer service you tolerate.
