    I was having problems with an ID mobile sim bought from mobiles.co.uk, owned by Currys, and had been advised to attend at the shop and seek advice. I did that and was waiting in a queue at mobile section, which was fine. A manager/supervisor approached me with her tablet and headset, asked if I wanted to purchase and I explained I was only looking for advice. I was told I'd need to wait at least an hour, and to use the online chat instead. When I tried to explain the situation, I was constantly interrupted by her comments, saying there was nothing they could do as the Sim was not faulty. I had wanted to explain my issue fully to someone, in the hope they had dealt with a similar situation. She told me she had 26 years experience and they couldn't do anything. She then started chatting to someone on her headset and I left, as she shouted to me, Thank you Sir. I replied, no thank you, you've been really helpful. Hopefully the sarcasm wasn't wasted on her.

    Ordered item before 5pm as stated on website for next day collection and confirmation email date was 5 days later after Christmas. Not what was advertised. No help from customer service. 48 hour reply time. Misleading and dishonest!

    I recently visited Curry's in Hamilton to purchase a coffee maker for my office. The entire experience was fantastic. What really stood out was the staff member who helped me, Sarah was extremely helpful, honest, knowledge, professional and patient as she listened to my preferences and tailored a package perfectly to meet them. Sarah made the overall process from start to finish very smooth, easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend you visit this store in Hamilton and ask for Sarah, I don't normally leave a review but I don't normally enjoy such a superb service, thank you for doing such a great job and putting up with me Sarah!! :) Take a massive bow you really do deserve it!!!     Stock is very low, I had to keep asking which fridge freezer individually was in stock. It took several attempts to find one which was in stock. The assistant was not the happiest person I had to deal with. I frankly do not blame them, you would think a company as big as curry's would have an updated system for all their stock as items sells. Not the best experience I have had purchasing a large item.

    Unbelievable attitude from customer services was no help whatsoever problem not solved left although I swore not at him but about him as left so frustrated his attitude when asked questions was shocking over the years iv spent thousands of pounds in there wont be spending another penny so thanks m8 because of ur attitude ur company has lost a hellish lotta cash as people reading this won't enter ur premises

    Brought a laptop in to get repaired. I previously went to a local repair shop that couldn't help me at all but thankfully Curry's could. The staff at Curry's were very nice. They obviously don't like to keep people waiting as many staff members came up to me while I was waiting and offered to help. My laptop needed a new keyboard. In total it cost me £125. I got the laptop back about 2 and a half weeks later which I feel is a fairly quick turnaround considering they have to send the laptop down to England. Well done to all the staff members here. Very good customer service.
