   absolutely horrible experience. area is dodgy and rundown. dont waste money and time coming here. huge dissapointment. We booked a table for 3:30 for a birthday and when we arrived the shutters were down. made multiple phone calls and waited outside for 20 minutes before someone arrived to open lounge. first thing u can see when look inside is the toilets. we just left. the wost ever

   Visited Hunterz Lounge and have never stopped amazing lounge great music and very friendly staff. I am a big fan of shisha and hand on heart this lounge serves the best shisha. Thank you for the excellent hospitality.

   Had a fantastic time at Hunterz, the overall atmosphere was great, very spacious and family friendly as well as for just chill with friends. They also have great halal food and entertainment on specific days. Very happy with my very first visit. Recommended to unwind yourself after a day's hectic routine.

   A bit dodgy, one of us asked for tap water and the lady said they don’t serve it here and fled our table. We had to call her back to order our drinks, then when we challenged this she said that they don’t serve tap water on weekends. It is law to serve free tap water where a venue has a license to serve alcohol. Waitress was very rude and just ran away when we asked for it. On the way out we asked the bartender if they served tap water and he was happy to give us some. Our entire experience was ruined by the one Asian lady waitress. We are absolutely disgusted by the service and will not be returning at all. Tamara lounge is much better.
