   I was in yesterday and was looking for a specific brand of cat litter. There wasn't any on the shelf so I asked a staff member named Robbie if there was any in the back. He checked and unfortunately there wasn't any left. However, he went out of his way to check stock at other stores, he then gave me the address of the nearest store that had the litter in stock. He is a credit to store and B&M should very proud to have staff members as kind as him

   The staff in the store is just awful! The most uncultured salespeople I have ever met. Very rude attitude towards foreigners. The saleswoman accused the child of stealing without evidence, when the child asked to look at the surveillance cameras, the woman simply ignored and began to threaten to call the police, after which she took the child's personal item, which, according to her, was "stolen" and brought the child to severe stress

   This is a brilliant store with a great variety of stock from household goods, toys, pet accessories and food, Christmas gifts, aftershave and perfumes and many more items. All prices are very reasonable and the store is clean and bright. The staff are cheery, friendly and helpful. The store is prams and wheelchair friendly and has plenty of parking, including disability parking.

   Kind of OK. Well stocked and has easy parking and speedy checkouts. The main issue with B&M now is prices. Having built a reputation as a discounter they are now often more expensive than Aldi and Home Bargains for the same products.

   B&M Store.A great place to do just about all your shopping. Great prices and probably the cheapest on about 80% of the items that can be purchased here.What does really annoy me is that everything I visit B&M Stores there are always several items without a price on them,or the items are in a place with the wrong price labels,so you have to read very carefully the label corresponding to the items in their sections to make sure you get the right price for your chosen items.Having worked in retail myself,this frustrates me everything I'm in the Store.Every retail store I've worked in has always been strict when it comes to pricing.There should be someone that check a designated section for this type of thing.Having said all that,it's still an attractive place to shop because of the bargains.
