   Took my motorcycle here for its MOT. No appointment needed. Just turn up as early as possible to join the queue. 8am on a Saturday and there was already a 2.5 hour wait. Left my bike and got a phone call an hour later saying bike was ready. £29 and no advisories. Happy days. Will be back next year for sure!

   I've used SVS for years, Cars, Vans and motorbikes. Their prices are very fair and while not for everyone, a first come first serve basis for Mot's really works for me. Situated on many bus routes SVS is ideally suited if you have to leave a vehicle there for a duration of time.

   Very disappointed. My mum booked her car in for MOT & repairs. MOT was carried out & they told her the repairs it needed. She was very happy to have them do all the repairs required. However, my husband took it upon himself to query one of the repairs without my mums knowledge. The garage said they remembered him from bringing his own vehicle in & that they wouldn’t be doing the work on my mums car because he’s cheeky & told my husband to come pick my mums car up. My mum, as the customer, had nothing to do with this! Nor did she know my husband had called up, but was left being refused any further service. I thought there were GDPR laws in place to stop a business discussing their customers private info with strangers. The garage spoke in detail with my husband about my mums car WITHOUT her permission. She was the customer, but the garage took no notice of this. They then called her & told her they would no longer be doing the repairs & handed her info & keys over to my husband willingly as I stood witness. I am in the process of reporting the garage for breech of personal information. Only the customer should be dealt with unless permission is given to speak with someone else. This is against the law. You don’t hand customers details out to strangers THEN tell them you’re sharing their info.

   Took 2 class 7 vans for mot here height limits 10ft 9 , very efficient and on first come first served basis which is better operation than other garages . Will definitely return and recommended them again.

   The customer service at Scott’s garage is outstanding. I called Scott’s at very short notice regarding an MOT and they were so helpful and got me booked in that morning. They were fast, efficient and super friendly and I can’t thank them enough for helping me get my MOT certificate at short notice! I would have no hesitation in recommending Scott’s to anybody! Five stars all round.
