This place has gone right downhill since Peter retired !. Booked an MOT for 8am this morning by phone and the person taking the call failed to book me in. Needs a visit to the job centre ! 46 minutes of my time wasted. LAST TIME ! Lost income for the garage.
Got repair last week and service cost £410 for a 20 year old mini cooper only had a broken top mount absolutely ridiculous price won’t be back Again
Unprofessional garage. Avoid it if you can. Also specially avoid it if you have a car warranty through an insurance. I had one, and we explicitly told them to call the insurance before fixing the car, and they didn't call them or even me to check before carrying out the repair! I couldn't get the money back through the insurance because of that, even if the fix was going to be covered by the insurance. After talking to them, they explained to me that they don't call insurers at all, even when they know they have to do so, so they screw clients before warning them. They're not transparent in that sense.
Amazing service, can't thank the guys at 3D Auto enough. They've saved me yet again. Amazing same day fix for my car. Also had a clutch and battery terminal fuse box fitted previously. No problems with any of their work. Would absolutely recommend.
Great service provided to oor wee old lady. The folks here fixed her nicely after us finding it difficult to get a garage to look at her cos of her age. Great service.

These guys are at it, have kept me waiting over 2 months for my van and have not once got in touch after they say they will when i have had to call them over and over and over again. one person saying one thing and the other the next obviously just to keep me on the hook ... all confidence in them has quickly turned and ran I have never experience such bad service before in my life, and to think its acceptable to keep a vehicle that long with no contact.....only thing it makes me think is they have no interest in actually fixing the van.....as to why they have strung me along for so long for whatever reason? I honestly have no idea and find it hard to comprehend. this garage may have been ok in the past but as of 2020/2021 i would honestly say AVOID THEM BY ANY MEANS! hate to say it but there are very very little good garages left in Midlothian if at all :(
