Popped in this morning with a slow puncture. They said they could do it right away. Fabulous job done and only took just over 30minutes. Definitely recommend!!!

Went in as one of my tyres had a very slow puncture. Sorted in 10 minutes, a faulty valve. No charge, so asked about rear pads. I am now booked in to get these changed. Excellent customer service.
Required a part to fix a knock I had booked it in for. They managed to get the part delivered and fitted on the same day. I was updated throughout the repair with an update. Customer service was brilliant

My dad has been going here for years and swears that it is really good service and they look after him. At the age of 78 he recently got a new clutch at the price of £450.00 fitted that's a lot of money for a pensioner when the part cost £120.00 and the rest is labour. Disappointing when I could have got it done for half the price and managed to convince my Dad to go ahead. The guy behind the counter did point out its a business and they are there to make money. At 65.00 per hour, you can make your own judgement. Unfortunately I was on holiday when my Dad was talked into getting the work done. Further to the feedback, I appreciate that every business is there to make a profit and age isn't a factor which I completely agree with, however I'd like to point out that the garage also managed to convince my Dad that the part they would fit would be far higher quality and mentioned the cost I had obtained was possibly aftermarket or reconditioned without any knowledge and simply made an assumption. As it turns out they sourced the cheaper clutch from Dingbro and didn't even use a genuine Vauxhall part. Since when was a back street garage a whole of market advice establishment. It should have been made clear that their comments were simply an opinion and not based on factual information. This one comment managed to put doubt in the head of a 78 yr old and convince my Dad to go ahead with the repair. To top matters off, I am going to have to bring the car back as the clutch is poorly fitted and the cable needs tightened. If the car had been taken for a test drive this would have been spotted. As for VAT, you pay back VAT you charge, however any VAT you pay is reclaimed by the business. In respect of the comment regarding obtaining a genuine quote from a VAT registered garage, thanks for the offer I'll be back in touch in due course.
