   I had the wet belt replaced on my Transit van recently, and after doing a fair bit of research, I decided to get a quote from Williamsons. The price for what I needed — wet belt, water pump, service, etc. — was really competitive and a lot cheaper than my local Ford garage. I travelled over from Glasgow, dropped the van off, and it was ready to collect Tuesday afternoon just as promised. The whole experience was great — proper professional service from a genuine workshop. It’s not one of those flashy garages with coffee machines and bright lights charging ridiculous prices — just honest, quality work. Really happy with everything and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Williamsons to family and friends. I’ll definitely be back when the van needs more work done!

   100% Recommend , travelled up from Dumfriesshire and well worth the effort , renewed my wet belt timing and oil belt , plus new water pump , a major service all for a price cheaper than anywhere else by a good bit . Kept updated by Emily , e-mails , and all was good , car running great and on the way home i achieved 58.6 mpg , my conclusion is the engine and timing etc is spot on . Ford Focus , 2016 with 41k miles , 1.0ltr ecoboost , owned it for over 4 years and never had a problem , oil n filter changed every year .

   Took my car in recently to get the wet belt done. I had contacted them a few months earlier to get an idea of the cost and received my quote quickly and that was what I was charged. No upcharging due to the gap between quote and repair. I was advised they would need the car a day and a half and it was ready when they said it would be. Communication was really good.    Recently had one of our cars in to be checked due to an overheating issue. Previous garage I've been using for years said there was nothing wrong to be found. Within a few hours of leaving the car here, I got a call to say the fan wasn't working plus a couple of other things and the car was indeed overheating. Got a good quote for the work and car was fixed and back on the road within a couple of days. Will definitely be back. Friendly, excellent service and recommended. Thank you!

   Dealing with Paul with classy and smooth. Despite the faily reasonable price , and he did not have to sell his service as the price and ratings were speaking, he went that extra mile to help me. He offered collecting and dropping my car without any hassle and bussle. He delievered the car in a very clean good condition. He was smooth in delievering his information and was easy on someone who do not have much info about his car. He done the repair excellentely. I can not recommend him more.

   Needed a full service and heard good things about the company. Paul was very friendly, professional, and prompt with responses. He even came to collect the car for the service and delivered it back to my home. Car was even washed and valet serviced as part of the deal. Very happy customer, and will be back if the car needs work.

   Used this garage a couple of times now and by far the best service I have received from any garage. Used them for suspension and brake replacements and both times Paul has offered to pick up and drop off my car for me and worked around my schedule. Both jobs were extremely reasonably priced and they also topped up my tire pressure, wiper fluid and gave my car a rinse. Would highly recommend and will be me go to in the future.

   Williamsons collected my car promptly at the exact time stated, they carried out a full service and mot. The mot repairs were very reasonable, in fact nearly half the price of other garages. The car came back fully washed, alloys gleaming and a vacuum plus it smelt great. Will definitely use again. Thank you, Phil Callings
