Took car in with banging in engine on Friday afternoon.car then returned to me Tuesday afternoon after very prompt repair. I was given use of courtesy car which was very welcome. All things handled with politeness smiles and efficiency. Have used this garage for many years and have always been very pleased with their help.
A tad late, K&I did a full timing belt and clutch replacement, Aldo other ancillary work to our N&B Arto late November 2024. Not long returned from a 4500 kilometre trip through France and Northern Italy. It was always at the back of mind that all would be well after such in my view a large job to our Arto. No need to worry, 4.5K trouble free tour. A fair price for all the work timely and professionally done.
We were referred to K&I by our Motorhome engineer for a damp check. Superb in depth check and we were very surprised at how cheap it cost. Thanks to Andy & Scott for a brilliant professional service. Would highly recommend there services for all Motorhome checks.
Absolutely shocking service. After going in to let them have a look at my vehicle in July/August time they told me they would make a few calls for parts and call me back within the week. I said I needed this done by October and they said it shouldn't be a problem. Needless to say no call, even after me calling numerous times to be told AGAIN someone would call me. I would understand if they couldn't get parts or did not want the job etc but no call to even update me and clearly forgotten about.
Taken my car here for several MOT's. Always fast, great communication and any repairs are fairly priced.
An excellent job our motorhome which needed bumper and side panel in white fibreglass to be repaired. Real Quality workmanship. Better than new ! Highly recommended
