Went up for help as I couldn’t remove the screws to get my battery changed on my iPhone, sorted me out instantly at no cost. Very Friendly and 100% will be using them again
Really disappointed with my experience. I needed a battery replacement done by Sunday for travel, and the shop agreed to this timeline. Here is what happened: • Monday: Went in for a quote. An employee and I agreed over text that I would drop the laptop on Friday and pick it up on Sunday. • Friday: My mum dropped the laptop off for me. Another employee confirmed on the spot that a Sunday pickup would be fine and they would text when it was ready. • Sunday: No text. No updates. No laptop. • Following Monday: I had to call them for an update. They told me they hadn't done it yet and would do it by 3 PM. My train was at 2 PM, so I insisted on 1:30 PM, which they agreed to. • 1:25 PM Monday: They texted (just 5 minutes before the new deadline) to say they had ordered the wrong battery. I’m now leaving for my trip with my laptop battery still unresolved after being without it for half a week. A colossal waste of time due to their complete lack of professionalism and communication.

I was having problems with my laptop I wasn't receiving any emails to a email address I've had for over 30 years which I really do not understand why. Anyway Bilal at Gadgets 4U Cumbernauld was amazing spent over an hour sorting it for me. Yes he had to set up a new email address for me as it wasn't recognised for whatever reason. I would HIGHLY recommend this place if you want to be ripped off. I took my iphone in with a stuck power button. The guy has straight up destroyed the hide of my phone with a scalpel! He then tells me its the flex cable and that on top of the £30 I paid, it would be an extra £20. It would also take 5 days. Didn't have 5 days so went back at a later date with the receipt. Completely different lad serves me, tell him the issue and he says £50. Told him I paid £30 last I was here and he still writes us up for £50. Was also told "Only be 24 hours" Next day I show up and yeah the phones fixed. Pull the other receipt out stating £20 and he starts making excuses like "it was more work than that". We'll get on to the more "more work" in a moment. The other guy who served me is at the phone stall just up the centre. I pull him up and after a good 10 mins of him denying to my girlfriend he served both of us we finally get the resolution and I have to pay £20. The other guy aint happy about this and is ranting and raving huffing and puffing like a child. Extremely unprofessional. Flashforward a week - Tried to use Apple Pay, not working. 1 of the 2 pins that hold the screen in, the catch is broke, screen is constantly raised up. The absolute KICKER though: There are missing screws and components inside the phone and half the connecters were not in right. I thought I needed a new battery. Avoid like the plague!
I got samsumg s8 screen done. My phone is working perfect looks like brand new phone. I definitely recommend this shop
