   If I could leave negative stars, I would. I brought my computer in to fix a Windows crashing issue. I was told it would be ready the next day, but when I texted for an update, I received no response. I then had to call multiple times just to get an update, and when I finally got through, I was told it would take a couple more days. I explained that I needed it urgently as I was travelling back to England the following day. When I went to collect my PC the next day, he was only just finishing the work. Within a few days, the same crashing issue returned. After looking into it further, I discovered that Windows hadn’t even been installed properly. I also noticed one of my M.2 drives was missing and assumed it may not have been configured correctly. I took the PC to another technician for repair and was then told that the M.2 drive was not in my PC at all—it had been completely removed. Avoid at all costs.

   Broken screen on apple watch. Told repair would take 3-5 days. Asked several times what was happening and told the watch was repaired but final adjustments were needed. He had the watch for 5 weeks and eventually gave me it back with no repair having been done. Never given any updates other than that it was repaired. Seems now this was not true. Terrible service, actually no service provided at all.
