   Had an appointment to check and discuss repair after a car hit my bumper while parked. The minute I mentioned insurance they started going over unrelated little chips and scuffs... didn't seem very honest. Communication after that was very poor and gave up on them, which in hindsight is what I should have done the minute their dodgy additional damage finding (because insurance) started. Plenty other places to go.

   Cars been back many times for the same issues, all approved by Manufacturer as warrenty work, but Willowbrae seem to know better. Not interested in anything other than quick cash jobs. Often refute even whatnis clear amd obviouse, would never use them again.

   My insurer recommended this place and they did a great job fixing my passenger side doors after I was reversed into by a van. Car returned to me within 3 weeks, sparkling clean inside and out. Good communication throughout the process as well. Overall I would definitely recommend them to anybody

   Beginning of the June my car was directed to willowbrae coachworks to get fixed. I went with my car to estimate the damage etc… (just a few scratches on back bumper) and After it I was told to wait a few days that someone will call me with all the details. Unfortunately after a month and many calls finally someone told me that repair can be done maybe middle of the September. Over three months to fix a few scratches is a joke. I understand someone can be busy etc… but you should have told me that at the very first meeting not after almost 2 months. Absolutely unprofessional but I’m glad there are more professional garages and my insurance company moved the repair to a different one and the whole repair will be done within a few days. Definitely I don’t recommend that place.

As a "family" business they have a vested interest in providing a high level of service and which they do.
