Even though the guys are super busy they managed to sort out a simple leaking tyre valve that was a PITA. Turned it around in an hour. Top garage. Thanks.
Shaun was (frankly like everyone else I met in Balerno) supremely friendly and helpful. I was in a bind, yet he and his team at Balerno Garage worked late to sort me out. It’s great when a garage is knowledgeable, speedy and professional but when they’re friendly and good value too, that’s a perfect (and rare) combination. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Outstanding. By far the best garage I've ever used, incredibly honest and great quality work. Shaun, the owner, has looked after four cars of mine over the years and has never put a foot wrong. I especially mention that he tried hard to fix a car that I broke pretty badly, then when they couldn't he only charged me a tiny fee for labour. Fantastic, can't recommend enough.
Heading home to Ayrshire our shock absorbers gave way. I knew there was a garage in Balerno so headed there. They were fully booked but Sean diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and asked a local person to give us priority, which they kindly did. Superb service, and concern and consideration for our situation. Well beyond expectation, and saved our day as well as our holiday!
Shaun and the team always diligently investigate issues I have with my Skoda Octavia and solve them. They also provide good value repairs, services and MOTs.
Great garage for repairs. Always busy with the car park full every day with customer cars. I had to wait 8 days to get a slot to have my exhaust replaced. Was not urgent so not a problem. But this just shows you how busy the garage is. Brilliant service and they checked the car over too.
