Stuart is a great tour guide and driver. He is highly knowledgeable about Scotland. He and the team helped recommend places for Falconry which was a must do for our group. He built that experience into our tour and went the extra mile to make sure we could do it in comfort. If you want to get to the Highlands from Edinburgh in style, in a clean luxury car, have a good time with great stories and historical knowledge of the area, and have flexibility in where you can stop (for comfort, shopping, or site seeing) go with him! Absolutely first class! Stuart provided exceptional service. More than that, his knowledge of Scotland, the UK and the history that shaped the land and people made the experience truly extraordinary (going back to the prehistory of the people and the geology). He provided not just commentary but conversation and insightful dialogue. Perhaps most special, was the way he made the trip “ours”. It did not feel like we were being taken on a tour. Service exceeded my expectations. I made a mistake in the initial reservation but Stuart handled it with no fuss and rescheduled without issue the day before I was expected to arrive. Once I was in Edinburgh, Nick was waiting for me at baggage claim and provided valuable assistance in helping with my lost luggage. The car itself was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. During our 4 hour ride, Nick provided interesting insights into the areas we were passing through. Conversation was friendly but respectful. I planned a golf trip to Scotland in 2019. We got held up due to the pandemic and Stuart worked with us to reschedule.
