   Unbelievable service! The attention to detail that you would not get at any other garage is really something. Colin and the team are very honest. The car I took in was not your ordinary model of Mercedes, requiring a unique level of experience which they had - and they put alot of time into it. I was expecting a heavy bill, but despite working over hours, Colin did not charge a steep price and did everything required, even a list of things I'd never have known needed done. 10/10 recommend. Will be back.

   If you’re looking for a team that truly knows your Mini then you can’t beat Simon and his team. Basically have them a complete headache of a JCW mini riddled with complex diagnosis and issues consistent with a car of this age AND Edinburgh Council’s neglect of roads. They systematically resolved everything identifying tiny details and I have been returned a car that drives and performs better than when it left the factory all those years ago. They were cautious towards the billing finding more cost affective solutions e.g brake calliper has ceased and they were able to restore rather than replace. Very happy after many years have found my garage!

   I recently brought my Mercedes R129 SL in for a health check and was thoroughly impressed by the expertise of the team. They identified key areas that needed attention and were incredibly helpful throughout the process. My car is now in the process of being booked in to get everything sorted. The level of customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend this place for anyone with Mercedes Benz (classic or current) or any German car for that matter . 10/10!

   After having a nightmare of an experience with Arnold Clark to the polar opposites at Klasse I can’t thank the team enough! They carried out a full service on my Mini JCW as well as fixing a few small issues with the car caused by a previously used garage and they took the time to get me sorted with a courtesy car whilst my car was in for a full major service. Excellent customer service and will definitely be my go to from now on! Can’t recommend enough! Thanks again!

   Top guys! Took my car for its repair. Real friendly and helpful guys. The owner even gave me a lift to work and back. The extra mile you do for your clients goes a long way. I’ve been to a few Mercedes branches and none of them was as good as Klasse in terms of customer service and prices. The gentleman on the phone who’s very helpful and patient to answer questions you have. They are honest and not trying to rip you off like the main dealers which is one of the biggest concerns Mercedes owners have. Taking my car to them to have a look soon. Appreciate it. Keep up the great work guys would recommend Klasse to anyone I know.

   After various attempts by local garages, one of which was a so called Auto electrical expert, to resolve my electrical fault with my S Class I was recommended to these guys. Why didn't I go here 1st of all I asked myself. Fantastic service by everybody concerned with this business. Friendly, polite but most of all professional, these people know their stuff. I fed them what I was told by these other garages which basically gave them a headache and sent them off in the wrong direction, for which I apologise for, yet again !!!. I cannot recommend Klasse Series highly enough.

   Is this the best garage in Scotland to take your older German car? - Yes, without a doubt. Colin's knowledge of these vehicles and attention to detail is second to none. If you doubt my word, check any Mercedes/manufacturer forum. Administration was fantastic, lots of pictures, videos and explanation with Elaine, communicating well and able to discuss the repairs. You can tell everyone there is passionate about the cars and keeping them driving well.
