   I'm a life long car enthusiast and have dealt with many businesses in the motor trade over the past 2 decades. Livi Autocare is by far and away one of the best businesses I've ever dealt with in the motor trade and beyond! Helpful, friendly, most importantly - trustworthy. Everyone here is a motor enthusiast themselves and I felt like they are really "speaking my language". I felt treated more like a friend than a customer. The best and worst of a business show when mistakes are made and these guys take real accountability and go above and beyond to put things right even for a very minor issue, I've even had one of the mechanics come out to personally apologise for a minor issue with a very agreeable and swift solution, something I've never experienced at any garage. Its no surprise that Livi autocare often gains customers for life, the type of place I would trust enough be more than happy to recommend to anyone who doesn't know much about cars as well. Special thanks to James, Darren and Shahzad for looking after me!

   Absolutely fantastic, top-notch garage. Over the past 3 years, Livingston Autocare has helped me with MOTs, Services, and repairs. They've helped me out in emergencies twice, where I've needed some significant repairs done and they've gone above and beyond every single time. The work is timely (even when I reassure them I'm not in a rush!) and is always fairly priced. Without exaggeration, it's the best garage I've ever used. All the workers are always so pleasant and helpful, too.
