   I took my car into have some work done and there were some issues with the part. I was assured someone would be in touch if there were any issues and the car would be ready that day. The garage never called and the car wan't ready meaning a lot of wasted time and expense. Which all would have been avoided by a 30 second phone call. The work was top notch however I feel the customer service fell massively short of what I would expect from previous Kwikfit visits when I raised this in the branch. A simple apology and discount from the labour/MOT would have sufficed but neither seemed apparent. There was no attempt at considering my request for a discount and the reason given didn't seem plausible at all. (I've had that similar work done before so know the rough cost.)

   Booked in for MOT for 8.30am. Arrived 5 mins late due to unexpected roadworks and was told they couldn't do it, even though they only open at 8.30am. Boy behind the counter was smirking as I walked away, having told him it was really poor service. First MOT for the car so it would have been minimal issues.

   Every time I have taken my car here they give a different explanation to what is actually wrong with the car after spending £1600 they are still saying it's something else. Avoid at all costs they will just keep taking money off you and keep saying it's a different issues each time. Con artists! They provide no proof to what actually is wrong either. I'm not concerned about my car it's the work that's being done I'm concerned about.

   Turned up without an appointment as I had tyre below the legal limit following a service at my nearby dealer. Staff were busy but said they would get to me ASAP which they did. In and out after about an hour. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

   The guy in charge was fantastic. He helped me find the locking nut and didn't try and rush me. He was polite and remembered my name from the booking call the day before which was great. He kept me updated whilst I waited and was quick to do the payment and receipt when the car was ready. the tyre looked great and was not covered in grease and dirt like some other places in the past. It was a good price and fantastic service. Thanks to the staff.
