Brilliant service and such a genuine decent guy. We were hit by a 3rd party who wanted to sort out damage outwith insurance. Hakan kindly saw us the day I called, gave me a very reasonable quote and booked us in within a couple of days. He initially said he would need 24 or 48 hours, but when my wife dropped the car with baby in tow, he pulled out the stops to get it done that day.
