Dishonest. I paid around £400 for a service at Kwik Fit Edinburgh and got my car back with a huge dent that was not there before. When I contacted them, they refused to accept responsibility or resolve it. I’ll be taking action.
Having had a nightmare journey last Wednesday I got a screw in my rear tyre which I needed a tyre replacing near the Kelpies. On way back to Edinburgh my warning light came on again which meant I'd got another screw in my new rear tyre. Thanks to the wonderful guys at Dundee Street they managed to repair the new tyre and then amazed me by doing the job foc. Really restored my faith in humanity. Thanks again :)
This Kwik fit is probably the best I've been in the UK. The manager is super efficient. I sat at reception waiting on my tyres being fitted and his customer service is way above the best. The way he speaks to his team is very professional, the calls he makes to report about a vehicle's progress to customers is clear and precise and with enough information about the issue/no issue at hand, customers who come in are welcomed and you just feel like your car would be looked after well before you hand in the keys and the advice he gives to the customers coming in to drop or pick up their vehicles is fantastic. I don't think I'd be going anywhere else after being valued this much as a customer. Was meant to give a review (he didn't ask me) last year around the same time when my tyres were done but never got round to do it. I would give this branch a medal as big as a frying pan if I had to. Top marks guys and keep it up. Your professionalism is not unnoticed. Thank you
Needed a last minute tyre change at 4pm on a Saturday. I called up and they had space to do a last minute change as long as I made it there before they closed. A bit on the pricier side compared to my usual garage but for them being a branch and how last minute it was and how helpful they were at describing the issue and willingness to help, I can’t fault that. All very friendly upon arriving and collection and just happy it was done very quickly for when I needed it most
Huge thanks to Mark at Kwik Fit on Dundee Street, Edinburgh. He was incredibly professional and went above and beyond when helping me with my Audi A6’s air con gas. Mark took the time to make sure everything was done properly and really looked after both me and the car. Great service, honest advice, and genuinely top-notch customer care. Highly recommend asking for Mark if you’re in need of help – you’re in good hands!
Used this branch for a puncture on a company van. I tried 3 other branches closer to home and none of them were helpful, I understand that they are busy but when it's a company van it should be prioritised. Dundee street however were very helpful took me right away very quick, professional and polite. I'll happily bypass closer branches to use them again
Blair and Gordon have been amazing. They made sure we would still enjoy our city break after an unfortunate flat tire. Professionalism at its best, highly recommend.
Blair and the team pulled out all the stops over the weekend to get my van back on the road for Monday morning so I could get back working. First class customer services at a good price! Every time I go into this branch Blair makes sure I am kept up to date with what’s happening /costs and a quick turn around. I have had 2 vehicles in this week and received 5 star service!!!
Glad repair was fixed expediently. Friendly and professional service. They also gave a good explanation of the work needed. Would have been good to discuss with the person who did the repair more details but they had to leave before I arrived to collect the vehicle, so I spoke with another helpful and knowledgeable member of staff (albeit without direct knowledge of the particular job).
Really great service. We had a slashed tire and they changed it really quickly and for a good price. The staff was incredibly helpful and also really quite friendly and funny. They turned an unfortunate experience that we had when we slashed the tire to such a lighthearted one. Thanks!
