Excellent service at Kwik Fit today. The team were incredibly helpful and managed to facilitate a same day appointment to get my puncture repaired. Maz was so helpful, friendly and accommodating, keeping me posted and phoning when the car was ready for collection. Amazing customer service, would highly recommend!
I turned up Sunday requiring a tyre replacement. I was immediately attended by Andy who was very helpful and thorough. He assessed all of my tyres and the need for two new tyres came to light. This is important given the driving conditions in the Winter. I was given an appointment the next morning at 11am. At this appointment I was attended by Maz who was also very helpful and friendly. I was able to return a couple of hours later to find all of the planned work done. Thanks to Andy, Maz and kwikfit for making this an easy process at a very reasonable price.
Excellent response to fixing a tyre puncture on a Sunday. Thanks to Damian and the manager who were very friendly and helpful. It was fitted in to their busy schedule. Would highly recommend this branch which also has easy access and parking.
I popped in after getting a flat tyre and the gentleman was able to squeeze me in within the hour and I had my new tyre fitted that day. Was served very quickly and grateful that my issue was able to be sorted so quickly.
Extremely Disappointed – Unsafe Practices and Misleading Conduct I took my hybrid vehicle to Kwik Fit for a simple front and rear wheel alignment and left with a drained battery, unnecessary replacement, and serious electrical issues. My car was working perfectly when I handed it in. During the service, staff failed to properly shut it off, causing the battery to go completely flat. I was told it was dead and had to be replaced. Under pressure, I agreed specifically asking for a compatible battery. I was assured it was suitable. Later, I discovered the NAPA battery they installed is not recommended for my vehicle model, according to Halfords and other trusted sources. After installation, my dashboard lit up with electrical faults and system warnings. A trusted local garage reinstalled my original battery, which worked perfectly proving there was nothing wrong with it to begin with. To make matters worse, the invoice included a disclaimer I never saw or agreed to falsely stating I had accepted a possibly incorrect battery. This appears to have been added after the fact and was used to deny any responsibility when I returned the next day to explain the issue. This experience caused stress, inconvenience, and could have seriously damaged my vehicle’s hybrid system. I received no refund and no real accountability. Hybrid and electric vehicle owners should be extremely cautious before accepting any parts or advice from Kwik Fit. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.
Colin did an excellent job sorting out another two nails in my tyres within the hour and then kindly informed me it was free of charge! Fantastic service & friendly staff, thoroughly recommend!
I prefer this place to be my first point of contact. As the guys are great. Ask for Andrew manager or Collin. After getting good see here, you will find your safe and good place for any services. First time I was for service(oil, filters) was quick and on time. Second time less then 20 min for repairing a tyre.
What a lovely garage to visit! Popped in to collect some old tyres for the local school garden. So friendly, helpful and welcoming. Will definitely use for our car in the future.
Brilliant service from Andrew and his team. Fixed my heat shield free of charge and very quickly. Also took the time to explain what the problem was and how they had fixed it. I will definitely come back.
I always use McDonald Rd Kwik Fit due to great customer service. Today’s visit, Andrew the manager far exceeded service. After being messed about by People’s Ford, who inflated what needed done to change a hard to reach bulb, I decided to go back to Kwik Fit. It was a struggle to access bulb, but Andrew was determined to find a solution, and did! I had every faith in his determination and his customer care was exemplary. Brilliant branch, and I will continue to make McDonald Rd my first port of call. Ford could learn a lot from this team (not to mention Ford supplying wrong part!) Thanks guys!!
