I recently visited Lightbox Vauxhall, and although the music was very good, the overall experience was disappointing. The venue was extremely overcrowded — far too many people for such a small space. It felt unsafe and uncomfortable, and it was clear that fewer tickets should have been sold. The crowd was also quite disrespectful. People were pushing, stepping on others, and even walking directly between you and your dance partner, which made it very hard to enjoy the night. The drinks were expensive, and they were never made the same way twice. After a while, you can’t even tell what you’re drinking. Overall, great music but the overcrowding, atmosphere, and crowd behaviour made the experience unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable or enjoyable night out.

I recently went to Lightbox in Vauxhall, and while the music itself was good, I was quite disappointed with the customer service at the entrance. When they checked my bag, they found a few chocolate bars from Harrods... a gift for a friend whose birthday we were celebrating that night. The staff member at the door assured me that the chocolates would be returned at the end of the night, but unfortunately, they never were. It wasn’t about the money, but about the gesture. I really wanted to give that gift to my friend. It left a sour note on what was meant to be a fun evening. As for the crowd, it was mostly very young, around 18 to early 20s. The atmosphere might be perfect for that age group, but anyone over 30 might want to consider somewhere else. Overall, decent music, but the lack of professionalism and honesty at the door really spoiled the experience for me.

Terrible spot. We visited this place for the Saturday Reggaeton night, and it was a HUGE disappointment. First off, it was located in the middle of nowhere, behind some rail yards and a bus depot. Secondly, the venue was very difficult to find, as there are no signs for lightbox. Instead it is located inside some arcade beer garden that all filled with some teenage punks smoking cigs and acting like teenagers. It was very grimy and grudgy, definitely not worth the 22 pounds per person charge. In addition, the DJ was awful. He played about 15 sec on a random reggaeton song and then quickly transitioned poorly to an entirely different song with no flow. This place felt more like a teeny bopper dirty wannabe bar than an actual legit nightclub. For a city as big and global as London, it's a shame that this place is listed in the top 10 best Latin nightlife spots. It does not deserve to be called a "club".

bought ticket via instagram, pre-booked for £9, never received an email, money was taken, when i arrived in the queue staff were unhelpful, whilst i understand how busy the location can get, theres no reason for the manager to be getting disrespectful when i was simply asking why my name was not on the list, when the money for the even thad been taken. thanks to no help i ended up having to repurchase a ticket for £22?!! absolutely mental, no drinks included, just the atmosphere, music was good but still not worth the price point.

Not a place to go if you are older then 20 years old and respect yourself. Music was very basic and boring, just a random beats mixed with hits from 7-10 years ago. Small place crowded with boys, who are desperately looking for a hookups, and drunk girls, who have turned 18 yesterday. It is not a place to enjoy music or to dance, so better to find something else. Although thanks security and management for a nice job. Other then that - no pros

DONT GO !!!! Entrance system is the worth i have seen in my life, thanks god it was only £6 ticket. 0 information for the time on ticket. I went with 6 friends, 3 guys, 3 girls, we all had the same £6 tickets. But some of us had stamps on our hands and some crosses, at the security check. Then before entering if you had a stamp you were free to get in, if you had a stamp £15 more to pay. The reason everyone gave us was: This is a free ticket entrance you have to pay extra to get in. I’m not gonna lie but I have never been rejected from a club, I don’t look weird, and I’m never drunk at entrance.
