   Ive been coming to xclusivetouch nights after becoming friends with one of their founders robbie cave. At first i thought robbie was very fun to be around and was a funny guy he seemed very professional and caring in wanting to make sure me and my friends had a good night whenever we came out. however after i kept attending his xclusivetouch nights it became clear robbie cave had other objectives. And after a few drinks he would become very aggressive and persuasive in me getting to do what he wanted. One night he offered a lift for me and told me we would first stop at his place. I was apprehensive at first. But robbie used one of his well timed jokes to sway my mind. However when we got down to business side of things well robbie cave was a big disappointment to say the least. Not only was he lacking in the size department he was very selfish as well. It became evident as to why he was so funny. Since then robbie became very cold to me and acknowledging i dont exist. But its apparent to me hes the one with lack..

   Worst New Years ever don’t recommend this company for a night out at all. They Sneakily tried to get us to buy more alcohol than the package we’d already paid for by purposely not sitting us at our prepaid table after two hours of us arriving and us being pushed from pillar to post by moody stuck up staff that don’t know how to smile. By the time we were finally seated at our table and given Our prepaid drinks package Half of it was missing and what they did give us was cheap tasted awful not the Ciroc and prosecco promised . They also wouldn’t give us our drinks without us paying an extra £100 surprise service charge. The service was shocking so annoying that we were being charged extra for it in the first place. We were also promised que jump but didn’t get that. Basically don’t use this company unless you enjoy feeling ripped off.

   Absolutely shocking, payed for a v.i.p table and got nothing we was promised except a cheap bottle of champagne that we had to drink on a table in which they had to kick other customers off and it had half eaten food all over it, payed £350 for a good NYE night out putting our trust and money into these people only to be let down completely, ruined our whole night and it wasn’t just us there was atleast 5-6 other groups who had been let down in the same way and now we are trying to get our refund they are not answering. What a joke thanks for ruining not only ours but many other peoples NYE.

   Awful!!!! Would never use this company again or advise anyone else to use this company!!! Ruined our New Years celebrations ! Paid for a £350 VIP tAble and queue jump but didn’t reveive any of the alcohol, had to queue for 30 minutes to get in, had to wipe down our so called VIP table which had food all over it and sit on chairs which they had just got in from outside, staff were rude, incompetent, useless and had no idea what they where doing! Was completely unorganised!! Myself, my fiancé and two friends had traveled all the way to London for ‘’xclusive’’ to make a complete sham of our night! AVOID !!

   AVOID AVOID AVOID Paid for a £350 Vip table for New Year’s Eve but when we arrived was we made to queue for 1 hour in the rain had no table and there wasn’t even a Vip area we had no bottles of alcohol like we was promised the staff where rude and did nothing to help infact they fort it was funny there was no actual organiser from Xclusivetouch even at the venue just a few of there unprofessional staff there where at least 10 other groups put in the same position aswell this company ruined everyone’s new year eve celebrations. They are an absolute shambles and a rip off we have been trying to get our money back but now we are being ignored shocking service and an absolute disgrace. AVOID AVOID AVOID
