I hadn't booked ahead but my daughter had a puncture and I took the wheel along on the off chance that they could fit it in. Stood for 10 minutes in reception but no staff came. Went out to the service area and found the person in charge doing tyre work on a car and was told they couldn't fit it in today. Fair enough but got the feeling yet again of Kwik Fit staff being stretched to the limit and beyond.

I took my car to kwik fit with zero knowledge of cars. The manager Paul is great himself and his team, they fix my car even test drive the car to make sure everything is fine. I was very happy with the service not a single complaint very cooperating staff. Definitely recommend it.

Popped in on Thursday as i was having issues with my car starting, realised it was needing a new battery, called ahead spoke to Paul and he advised me he had the battery in stock and told me to pop in. Was in and back on the road in 30 mins. I am a regular customer and wouldnβt go anywhere else. All the guys are friendly and approachable and always go that extra mile. Always get a wee bit of banter and a laugh too which is good. Thanks again for excellent customer service and a quick job. 10/10 from me. Thanks

The booking system was easy, the car feels solid and the job was done well. However they couldn't find my locking wheel nut (obviously my fault) and neither could the kwikfit team, so I had to buy a new set. I was surprised that kwikfit doesnt have locking wheel nuts in their garages as the entire purpose is tyres and cars like mine (ford fiesta) are very common so having spares in garages would make sense. However I purchased a new set and took it in to the garage, the chap I spoke to (i can't remember his name but he was very nice, brown hair and an earring) was understanding and rebooked the work. I then got a call from someone saying it would be an extra Β£50 to get the equipment changed which I wasn't aware of beforehand, so obviously had to say yes. I then went in to pick my car up to be told it was a higher amount. Thankfully the nice aforementioned chap honoured the Β£50 fee rather than the higher fee of (approx) Β£72.

Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I received an appointment within one day. The price was also very good. Other garages had trouble diagnosing the problem, and their prices were much higher, along with the availability of spare parts. I'm very pleased with the customer service and professional service. Paul, the manager, is truly excellent and very patient, explaining everything clearly. I will definitely use them in the future. I also liked the Kwik Fit radio while waiting for the repair.

Brilliant service. Paul (I think thatβs correct) the garage Manager was fantastic. Explained the fault and cost in a straightforward and clear way. Much appreciated in a particularly busy period being so close after the festive period.

Spoke to Paul about a large scraping on the passenger side wheel. He was excellent, told us exactly how to get to the garage and then when we were waiting for the car to be looked at kept us informed at all stages. Absolutely fantastic service and communication from start to finish. You couldnβt ask for more.

THIS GARAGE IS ABOVE EXCEPTIONAL!!! To start with, this garage was the ONLY one willing to conduct an MOT during the festive season. On the phone the guy was super friendly and super patient (I was freaking out as I left the MOT too late and thus could not tax my car). On arrival to the garage, my doggie was barking (she is a protector so...) - the gentleman collecting my car was so patient and amazingly calm. We all know about people who like dogs, right? :-) MOT done in an hour, nice and smooth process. On collection, they allowed me to use the reception to deal with the DVLA hell system whilst they were super friendly with my dog and offered their facilities. All in all: THE BEST SERVICE - exactly how it should be! These guys can teach others who to behave, about customer services, about kindness in business too! *** THANK YOU and Happy 2023 ****

Went in for a dipped beam headlight bulb. The guy was very friendly and helpful. I was told it would take around 25 mins so I walked over to Morrisons to get a few bits and bobs. My car was ready and waiting by the time I got back. 5 star service.

Iβve always dealt with Paul, always found him to be super helpful and friendly and nothing too much bother. Wouldnβt go anywhere else now when have issues with my car. It helps that they are handy too. Overall itβs always been a great visit and I would highly recommend.
