    I don’t usually leave bad reviews, however, as we were deciding whether to leave one of the bouncers SNATCHED my drink from my hands. That’s £11.90 thrown into the bin. She said once ‘no drinks outside’ and gave no time for us to go back inside. When we complained she said to get lost. Ruined my experience - would not recommend, very aggressive bouncers

    Poor sound system. Couldn’t hear music properly at all. poor lighting - half the lights didn’t work. poor atmosphere - too many people in a hot stuffy place trying to stand under one tiny air con unit. Staff made it feel like a high security prison. Hands down worst venue ever visited

    Chilled out waiting for my friend when security grabbed me aggressively, zero warning, zero reason. I had a cup of water (they said no liquids beyond that point), so I poured it out rather than leave it on the floor which I take accountability for and apologised. Next thing I know, I’m kicked out for being “too drunk,”even though I felt fine and had even helped someone earlier who was passed out in their security, which they had no clue what to do. Honestly, being manhandled like that isn’t a rite of passage—it’s just rude. After explaining my friends are still in there, they decided to laugh and claimed I should go home although saying I was ‘too drunk’. There was clearly no training in their hiring. Staff wouldn’t hear me out when I explained what happened, and management backed them without a second thought. If you value basic respect, look elsewhere for your night out. Young women are being kicked out irresponsibly late at night and mistreated. Would not recommend booking events or private functions here. To top it off everything is super overpriced
