   Always such a pleasure to take my business to this establishment. Their efficient and thorough level of service. Gives me the peace of mind, knowing the job has been done properly. The owners are friendly and very approachable. Car service work is completed by qualified mechanics. Vehicle MOT, including motorcycles. They even have a vehicle washing facility. Marks out of 10 in my book, these guys will always be an 11.

   Would put zero stars if possible. Just got a full service on my car today told it was all done but the oil had not been changed at all. The oil looks worse than oil that was in the car prior to the service. When questioned about the oil I was told to never come back here again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR MOTOR . we will be getting the oil tested and will be getting an full investigation into this issue

   Good, honest mechanics. They MOT bikes, but just a heads up to new bikers, they don’t repair them. I’ll continue to go to them for MOT’s for my cars and motorcycles in future.

   We have been coming here since 1995, no other garage has seen our cars bob, Andy & the team are excellent in what they do. Always welcome with a smile, always 100% respectful with your car itemised bill and ALWAYS a good price, this is one of the places that WON'T rip you off

   I've used RCA for my van's MOT the past two years. First time was great - professional, friendly, quick - I like to do my own work where possible, and the guys were happy to chat about what needed done. Second time, everyone I spoke to was great, apart from the old man I was unlucky enough to have doing the test. He was rude and dismissive, seemed taken aback that i'd want to ask about the results. More importantly, he did a bad job: - Failed for a missing part, which the van has never had and was never meant to have. He argued with me about this when I brought the van back for retest, acting like he knew more about the van than the Mercedes dealer I checked with. I get the impression he doesn't like to admit mistakes. - Failed on excessively worn ball joints. One had less than 1mm play, the other no play at all. MB spec is 3mm allowable play. This cost me a week of work and stress, plus two days lost earnings. Not to mention the wastefulness of replacing good parts. The fact that he referred to me as 'this boy' (i'm in my 30s) to a colleague, in front of me, sums up his attitude. Unfortunately he cannot back it up with aptitude. I'd highly recommend this garage, so long as the old man isn't in.

   I’ve been comin here for all my motors mainly vans from Linlithgow for past 20 years, service is always fantastic. Soon as you come in keys away and mot started within minutes.results within 20mins.. I don’t know any other garage who does a van mot whilst you wait. The staff has been the same for years and always welcoming..very reasonable prices too. Highly recommend.
