Avoid like the plague, failed extraction dispite telling the dentist it would need cut out due my previous experience. Then to go back for an abscess yo find iut it was because the dentist had MISSED a root that needed extracted
Previous dental practice told me I needed root canal or an extraction. Registered here and within a week I was seen and tooth was fixed with a bigger filling. No root canal or extraction needed. Dentist and dental nurse Lauren were absolutely amazing and made me feel alot less nervous. Can't recommend this practice enough.
I stay with Westside Dental Care from 2018. Nearly each visit I have new dentist and nurse. I asked for 3 D x-ray(CBCT). Reception booked for exam visit. Before reception made appointment to clinic where I can have CBCT. Luckily my dentist gave me a number and the nurse explained what is good to do if I would like to do implants outside. I'm Latvian and language is far from good. Maybe I'm very lucky person but I would like say Thanks to both-my dentist and nurse.
First visits were really good and I left feeling better than ever as I've always been embarrassed about the state of my teeth. However, two days ago I had a tooth fracture so I called to book an appointment, only to be told my dentist has left the practice and her replacement doesn't arrive until March 2024 and I CANNOT receive any treatments until then. Pretty sure if your dentist leaves they're supposed to inform patients...Today they have let me walk out the place with a decaying tooth in my head expecting it to survive until then....Wouldn't even inspect it to see if it's even savable until until March, what chance do I have? All this after being left up the creek with no paddle via COVID and lock downs etc. I also pay for treatments and the bill today was £13 odd, handed £15 cash to be told they didn't have change, I don't blame the staff at all for that, but for a place connected to the NHs to not have even £1 odd cash to hand is something else
The reception is excellent. Dentist is competent and friendly but no personality. Her helping nurse is controlling the room. The nurse is rude, incompetent, no manners at all, there is no (please, thanks, can you ... Etc) in her vocabulary. She plays with her mobile when she should be helping the dentist just because she thinks she is better than the dentist. By the way, she is Scottish and the dentist is foreigner. Maybe some racism going in. I would never recommend that practice because if anything goes wrong, the practice manager stands for the staff instead of listening to the patient who generate money for the practice coming up with gimiky and nonsence excuses. No client respect what so over. The name of the nice dentist is Dr Zacharenia Zou Zafeiriadou. The rude nurse is the one helping her in her room. Be aware if you get her and do not let her walk of you because you are the patient and you do have rights. The minimum is get respected. If anything happen get in touch to get her fired.
One of the best dentist I’ve ever seen brilliant
The worst dentist ever. Discrimination and rude staff. Damage my tooth and now they don't know how to fix it. I am in pain everyday. Ashame.
Got 2 fillings done. One needed to be retreated after weeks of pain (which was "normal" after a deep filling according to them). Got root canal done. Went to another another dentist for bracers, had some x-rays, turns out they messed up both of my teeth. Root canal was badly done, tooth needs to be removed. Other filling was equally messed up, another correction needed to be paid by me. The lady dentist was lovely, but I've been in pain ever since my first visit months ago. Luckily my new dental clinic managed to fix it along with other unnoticed problems.
Very pleasant environment and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this dental practice. Treatment was tailored to my personal needs and was provided in the most comfortable and stress free way possible. I was previously a very nervous patient but I feel more confident and comfortable when I attend my appointments.
I had my first treatment today after changing from my previous dentist. I received a professional service, I was treated with respect and felt valued as a patient. I am delighted with work carried out, and the result. Prior to registering with this practice, I felt I was being ignored because I was no longer young, and my appearance was unimportant. After joining this practice, I feel I have been treated with encouragement and was advised of things I could have dome to enhance the look of my teeth. I would recommend joining this practice.
