   Great night celebrating the DJ Roy Medallion's 66th birthday. Music on point and nice mature mixed crowd. The music genres were mixed and the selection of tunes were great. I haven't danced so much in a long time.

   In 2021, I visited faces in Gantshill and had a very upsetting experience. Security told us the manager didn’t like the way we looked, saying they had seen us on CCTV. When we asked for a reason, security said they couldn’t do anything about it. This was my first time experiencing racism, and it really stuck with me. As people of color, we felt judged based on appearance rather than behavior and completely unwelcome. We weren’t surprised, as this is a predominantly white club, and experiences like this happen. For context, we visited romford before, and they accepted us without issue. I’m sharing this so others are aware that bias may influence how guests are treated here

   Well i went to this night club lastnight and I must say i won’t be going back!! Almost £60 for a round of drinks, £4.10p for a 500ml bottle of water is ridiculously expensive, i don’t drink alcohol when I’m out so i said to the bar tender I’m not paying that much for water, he replied you can get a fruit drink for the same amount of money so i opted for apple juice, I took one sip of it and I said give me the water instead please as it tasted more or less the same. If it’s not poured from a carton don’t accepted it and even that’s questionable.

   It's bad, they pushed me away. Took my friends and thier wives to this place thinking it will be good fun but the security pushed me and friends away, said it's private Portuguese event. When is said don't touch and push to which one of the security personal was humble and apologies but then another one came and said if you don't leave I too will push you away. Metropolitans police should take action against them. Date 11:02:23 around 11:30 Pm .

   Expensive and dead. Empty most nights and clueless bar-staff. £15 Entry for everyone plus a 60p charge for using your card... which is illegal and has been for years... music wasn't great, the bar staff, for the most part, didn't know what they were doing in terms of making drinks. No drinks served with any type of garnish whether it be lemon, lime, orange peel etc. Minimum £10 spend. 2 doubles costs 28.50. Wouldn't go back! They should scrap the entry fee, especially during these times, have new, or classic music and none of this weird music that only a hand full of people prefer. And better train the super young staff in how to serve drinks! Be careful with these fake reviews giving 4 stars with no faults..most likely a force employee.

   Didn’t think it would be the same, but it was better!! I’ve been going Faces for years and had some of the best nights there, I was worried after hearing about it being refurbished that it wouldn’t be the same…. But it was amazing. The inside and decor of the club puts all the West End clubs to shame, the sound system was amazing and it was good to see people out partying again. I recognised a few of the old regulars mixed in with a fresh trendy crowd. New cocktails were tasty and drinks not too pricey considering….. Glad to have my regular haunt back.

   I have been a regular at Faces nightclub for many years now, when they shut for the refurbishment I was absolutely gutted, unfortunately the pandemic hit & it took longer to re open, but I can safely say it was well worth the wait! I have been to the brunch on a few different Saturday’s & it didn’t disappoint! The food was good quality but mainly the drink value for money was fantastic! The bubbles/cocktails are kept flowing by the really lovely staff, nothing is too much! The management walk round & check everyone is happy & say hello to people personally which is a lovely touch. I have also been since the club was able to reopen with no social distancing & had some great nights, with great music! The door staff are really friendly/welcoming which is nice to see as some clubs they can make you feel intimidated before you’ve even stepped inside but not the Faces door team! Me & my friends are weekly regulars again & we are very happy to have the best club in Essex back open :)

   Visited the new and renovated Faces Leisure. It has completely changed and absolute class. I love the new brunch feature which they have implemented and they provide for those who are Gluten intolerant so I had no issues with ordering food plus it was super yummy. The staff were really helpful and polite. I can't wait to return back for another night out!!!!!!!!
