Very disappointing experience. Both the reception staff and dentist were rude and unprofessional. Strongly recommend they receive training on how to communicate respectfully with patients.
Can’t recommend this dentist enough. Never had issues with my teeth until recently and on 2 seperate occasions I required emergency appointments. Phoned up first thing for them opening, answered straight away and got me in that very morning to be seen. Fantastic dentist.
Recently changed to this dentist and can’t praise them enough. Alan always makes me feel so relaxed and very professional and down to earth at the same time. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
You will never get the same dentist, the staff are argumentative, treatment at best is temporary as their fillings fall out and you end up in more pain than you went with. Avoid at all costs
Would recommend this dentist to anyone. Especially if you are an anxious patient like myself. The dentist Karen had so much patience with me and I felt so at ease I will not go anywhere else!
Horrendous and down right rude treatment from the manager of the practice Pamela, who also deals with the telephone - I have had a death in my family and on the day of my dentist appointment I was told about it and obviously could not attend my appointment or phone due to being inconsolable that whole day. Plucked up the strength to phone today and try to explain yet they’ve said it doesn’t matter and I’ve been charged £45 for not attending and until I pay that, I’m being refused another appointment and even if I did pay that it’ll be weeks yet till I can get another appointment? Disgusting. Should learn to be more compassionate, especially in a pandemic. Will look elsewhere now for a new dentist to go to. A practice nicer than this and a dentist that is also good at actually doing the work needed on your teeth without causing further issues. I’d maybe have stayed if this was the first issue I’ve had with them, but sadly it’s not.
Don't see Jennifer tongue or ms Gomes. Very unprofessional. Not helpful at all could not suggest anything useful for your teeth. Jennifer tongue did a filling for me and since then I can't eat well. She keeps making up excuses and now on holiday. This was a private treatment as well so people don't waste your money! The other dentist ms Gomes wasn't sure what she is actually doing and did not solve the problems at all! Obviously because she wasnt confident at all. I am still in agony and have to go to the dentist for the 3rd time in 1month to simply have a filling done! An absolute nightmare and waste of time and money. Not recommend this place at all.
Dentist became very hostile over 1 missed appointment and refused treatment, I tried to provide proof of infection and called on the same day I became ill. Dentist would not remove charge was extremely condescending, rude & defensive over this if you disagree or feel mistreated you will be held to ransom.
