I was going to put our experience here (week starting 27th March) down to a bad choice and leave it at that. But after reading other reviews I could not agree more that this place is shocking. The place stinks, you need fumigated when you leave with the stench coming out the kitchen and smell in the toilets (possibly not helped with people being sick, it nearly gave me the boak). There are loose wires, upturned flooring, paint peeling and the area above you looked as if it was going to come down on top of you. Health and safety and cleanliness seems to be pretty low in the list of their priorities. Our child also developed hand foot and mouth. If like they say, "it's rife", surely a more robust and frequent cleaning regime should be put in place? The amount of broken toys that posed a risk took me aback also. Obviously no routine checks being done. All in all it looks like they quite simply open up at the beginning of the week, take folks money then lock up at the end of the week. I sincerely believe, as it is at the moment, it would not (should not) pass the relevant checks to continue. My advice is to go two doors down, get some snacks at the co-op and let your child play in the fresh air at the playback across the road. Verdict? Unsafe, stinking and quite frankly a shockingly bad place...... avoid!!!

We visited for the first time with our 10-month-old and ordered lunch. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely lovely, giving us a warm welcome and making us feel at ease. Our server took the time to explain each play area for us which we really appreciated. We were especially excited for our little one to explore the sensory and baby area. We did feel that the areas were in need to TLC, the toys could benefit from a refresh and a bit more regular cleaning. Although its a shoes off policy, many of the adults were inside the play area with shoes on. With a little extra care, this area could be a lovely space.

Staff are friendly. Food was nice. The venue was busy. My 2 year old played happily for an hour. Unfortunately, many of the toys and play areas are tired and in need of replacing and freshening up. We also now smell of fried food (I don't think the extractor fan was on).

Really great place to bring little ones - I have a 2 yo and 1yo and they are very happy to play here. The food is limited and you will come out smelling of grease, but other than that it's great.

Love going to this play cafe! The toys are great and always well maintained. The staff are super friendly too. We recently went to the Santa’s grotto and it was amazing. Such great value for money. It was really relaxed and no big queues to wait in. Santa was so friendly and chatty with our little girl and he gave her a big bag of goodies (not a bunch of junk you will quickly throw away). Can’t recommend it enough! 10/10

My granddaughter absolutely loves this place. So much for her to do and catch her imagination and also keep her occupied. Would 100% recommend this play centre

Cute little cafe with good food and an even cuter softplay and dress up for the kids (do note it's for under 6s only). There's also a separate baby section that's very nice. The chicken is also halal.
