Ordered Food Sunday Morning,One Hour Later No Delivery or notification to a close by local address, SHOP HAS NO CONTACT NUMBER THAT WORKS...CANCELLED ORDER...0/5 SERVICE FROM THIS SHOP.
Food from here is good however shame that the delivery times are ridiculous and service is shockingly bad . They do not have an active contact number and this has been the case for well over a year. The person who responds to the just eat feedback is so cheeky that I wouldn’t ever order from them again as I’m sure they can see who is leaving them the feedback and would be genuinely concerned for what they would do to the food or say to their customers. Clearly they struggle to accept any sort of negative feedback from multiple paying customers. They refuse to give refunds & there is no way to get in contact with them. Everything is always the customers problem not them. It’s actually embarrassing there’s never any apology for the delay given you can be waiting over 2 hours for a delivery. They also mark the order as complete (as someone that has previously worked with a just eat system you are able to update the customer that there will be a delay with their order, however they just mark it as complete instead of giving a realistic timescale for completing orders) they clearly don’t care about their customers only making money. Have seen multiple popular places take themselves offline in order to allow them to catch up and meet customer demands for order whilst not disappointing anyone with extremely long wait times, they just look for money and don’t have a contact number so you can’t even cancel the order since it’s marked as complete. Will NOT be back.

mine and my families go to favourite place. food is always fresh warm and delicious, and delivery service is quick too. they've also added lots more to menu so excited to try new things. definitely the best place and would recommend.
Food took two hours to arrive, and whilst I understand restaurants can get busy, perhaps limit your online orders if you can’t meet the quality intended. Each time I requested an update I was told my food was on its way, yet it still took forever. When I requested a refund I was denied on the grounds “the restaurant was busier than expected”. Food was cold when it arrived, too. Definitely do not recommend this place.
Annoying when they forget juice sometimes when you do it as an add on burger option, but food is tasty. Could do with maybe expanding menu a little to include like soups but decent wee place for breakfast.
