Had my hair cut and supposed to be shaped by Nicky..was over in five minutes....I couldn't believe it....she was very quick and rough...she was also very rude....I had to go to another hair dresser to tidy up her mistakes...left side of hair was around two inches shorter than the right side....would highly NOT recommend
Disappointed with my experience as the appointment was almost 30mins late and my hair wasn’t cut to the same length on each side, I could also smell burnt hair during drying. The hairdresser was nice enough.
HIGHLY,HIGHLY Recommend this place. The staff is absolutely amazing, the hair dresser( unaware of her name) who was working on a client at the time was running about to help me as I was in a bit of a state, which I am very thankful for. And the eyelash technician who was very cooperative and made me feel at ease and relaxed, will definitely be returning again and Thankyou so much for a great expierence

Got my lashes and brows done by Francesca. Absolutely in love with them. First time getting my lashes done so was abit anxious but Francesca made me feel very relaxed and talked me through everything she was doing. Will definitely be back
Once again Sam fits me in when she can at short notice she never complains and always does a fab job my hair making me feel special every time . Fabulous place with fabulous people xxx
I went to get my hair styled for a wedding and the woman didn't even brush it before she started curling it! So it was a total mess! And then she realised she'd done the hair style the wrong way and had to try and fix it and made it even more of a mess! Not to forget that she'd missed quite a lot of my hair when curling. And then to finish it off she put the smallest amount of hairspray in it so by the time I'd gotten home to get changed, my hair had already lost all of the curls and was just left a tuggy mess!!! Had to get my mum to re-do it and she did a far better job! Not pleased to say the least!
