   What a wonderful experience!!! I had a shellac nail manicure in preparation for my daughter’s wedding. The salon could not have been more helpful, fitting me in to get my nails done at short notice. A week later and they are still absolutely perfect. Highly recommend.

   Quite a cold welcome I felt when we came into the salon. Had my shellac done under the luxury manicure package last Friday and already 4 nails have chipped or varnish has lifted off. I work in a high school so I am not doing anything out of the ordinary for this to happen. Had booked to have redone for summer holidays but going to cancel as very disappointed with how long the nails have lasted and if they do the same again would be no use for 2 weeks away.

   My 12 year old daughter had her nails done at Moi for her school leavers disco she went after school on her own as I was working and the Moi team where so welcoming and made her feel so relaxed. She had taken pictures of nails with her and they took time with her to choose She went with coloured French tips and her nails looked fabulous Thank you Moi x

   Recently tried to arrange a gel polish removal which takes no time at all but was told there was no availability for days. Despite the salon being being very empty. When I checked the website just minutes later there were multiple appointments available both on the same day and immediately thereafter.

   Was looking forward to getting shellac nails done for my holiday tomorrow. Arrive on time but still not taken 20 mins later. My manicurist didn't speak to me or apologise for running late. I decided to leave as I felt I wasn't valued as a customer.
