    Visited salon today. Won't go back. Nails were done to a good standard but technician was incredibly rude and unfriendly. Not a pleasant experience . Would advise he goes on a customer service course immediately

    Sophie is amazing at her job, very professional and I have never been disappointed in her work. I’ve been going to the shop for about 5 years and seriously wouldn’t go anywhere else even although I travel in from Edinburgh. They are busy but that’s because of their fantastic work.

    Went with my mother to have a girls day today and they were quite rude to her, she was really nervous and tried to explain how she wanted her nails. She was almost crying because of the pressure they were pushing on her to the point I had get them to stop by speaking for her. I have been a couple of times and never had a bad time but due to this I will not be going back

    I go in here often as its in the town I live. The queues can be a bit ridiculous and quite a long wait. If you have an appointment booked doesn't mean you will be seen at that time. You can expect to wait at least half an hour plus after your appointment time. In all fairness they were 1 staff member down when I went in but even so it's generally always busy. They do a good job and the designs are pretty good.
