   I booked to get my nails for Christmas as a treat. Appointment at 12.10 pm on Friday 12 th of Dec I called politely on the way to say I was running a few minutes late. The girl on the phone was very rude and said the nail technician had back to back appointments and if I was more than 10 minutes late they would not let me have my nails done! When I arrived I was shown to the nail station. I asked about nail art but the technician said I should have booked that before hand and there was no time to do that. I was made to feel very unwelcome like I was a pain and they wanted me out of the salon as soon as possible. Ashley was pleasant enough and did my nails nicely but the experience was unpleasant and for that reason I will never book anything else in the future.

   My first visit to the salon. Lovely, bright, clean and welcoming. Cat was lovely, made me feel at ease straight away and explained everything step by step. Skin feels amazing. Will definitely book in again

   I visited KHB to treat myself to Gel Extensions with Gel Polish, cost of £42. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the results. I felt that the apex on 3 nails was very thick compared to the other nails as well as nails being filed shorter and closer to fingertips compared to other nails. I returned and they agreed to re-do 3 nails. They looked better when redone I returned 2 weeks later to get gel removed, cost £20. They removed the gel by filing it off, first with a machine and finishing with a nail file. However about a week later, I could see that gel was still on my nails as it was chipping off the top of my nails and it looked awful. I returned yesterday at 9am to show them and they agreed there was still a thin layer of gel on my nails. As I was going on holiday the next day, I really needed it fixed that day but they said they were fully booked. They suggested I buy acetone and soak them. I asked if they could supply me with acetone but they weren’t able to do this. They also gave me a nail file and said I could also file them. I asked for a refund of the £20 I had paid so I could try and go elsewhere to get the gel removed but they said no to this too. I then went elsewhere and paid for the remaining gel to be removed. Not a great experience for me sadly.

   Myself & daughter got half leg & bikini wax for holiday by cat. Really friendly & chatty, made to feel at ease throughout. Daughters first wax and cat made her feel very comfortable and not nervous at all. Definately recommend 100%
