   Felt very uncomfortable there, didn’t get the results I asked for, the salon looks like it was once nice but it looks unkept and has lots or stains and it was absurdly loud. I understand hairdryers but it was worse with too much chit chat and not concentrating on the job aka my treatment. —- Update to response. I will not take down my review as it is an accurate representation of what I seen/ had. I fairly review a lot of businesses that I have tried I have been to. I like to give credit where it’s due but also refuse to be fake.

   I just had highlights, toner, and a trim done by Teigan. She was ammmazzing! The salon was cute and everyone was so kind and friendly, but I’ll definitely be going back due to Teigan’s skill with hair.

   (2023 experience) i got lash extensions here. not the best appearance-wise and didn’t last as long as expected. also customer service was like average if anything. :’) went there because high reviews but wouldn’t come back. i was the one who brought fudge, if you remember at all. def the correct place i’m reviewing!

   My daughter had a cut and blow dry with Teigan today and it’s such a lovely cut. She asked all the right questions before starting the cut to make sure she knew what my daughter wanted, and even took into consideration the fact she wears glasses, hair texture etc and how the hair would sit. the cut turned out beautiful. My daughter is autistic and gets a bit nervous about simple things like hair appointments but Teigan made her feel really comfortable and she left feeling really happy with everything.

   This salon is brilliant I would definitely recommend. I suffer really badly with anxiety and hadn't been to a salon in over 10 years but the staff are so lovely, attentive and welcoming and they put you at ease. Gemma is an amazing stylist she did an amazing colour correction on my hair to get rid of a dreaded red colour from my hair and she done a fantastic job! She made my hair look stunning and gave it a seamless blend. I will definitely be back.

   Given that hygiene standards have been such a focus since lockdown so that people feel safe the cleanliness levels of this salon were pretty poor, the floor was visibly dirty and looked like it hadn't been mopped for quite some time and the cushions on the salon chairs were filthy. Really disappointing

   I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for years, some places don’t do it correctly and it’s can be very painful. Rosie has got the skills and knows how to do it properly. It was hardly painful and the results looked great! Would highly recommend for threading and will definitely be back!

   Rosie does the best eyebrows in Edinburgh! Been to soo many places before and wouldn't go anywhere else now. I have eczema so was worried about getting a tint and wax when my skin was soo bad and she did such a great job. My skin was fine after. Highly recommend!

   This place is stellar! I've gotten my hair, eyebrows and acrylics done there, and i've been impressed and satisfied every time. All of the girls are so friendly and professional, but I have to shout out Olivia who did my nails. They are perfect, like seriously amazingly done, I am so happy with them. Plus we chatted non-stop for the entire time, she is the sweetest. I highly recommend coming here if you're looking for a glow-up. They will take care of you!
