I got BIAB nails and had an overall good experience. I’m happy with my nails. She was very accommodating with what I wanted; nail stickers and gems- which I did end up paying £7 extra for but that’s to be expected. She checked in with me if I was happy with the colors and placements etc to ensure I got what I wanted which was lovely. I booked for the 10am-11am slot but I was waiting until 10:15 which turned out to be okay because she was very fast and I still ended up finished in time. I do recommend giving this place a try if you’re considering it!

Booked in for a lash lift and tint just off the street, for the next day. I got a bit worried looking online later as all the reviews in the last year were terrible! But I took a chance and went in regardless, and I was really impressed. It's a quiet and peaceful place, the lash lift was very professional, didn't sting my eyes at all (big win), and you get to lie on a wee bed (many other places just have a chair which gets uncomfy after 20+ mins). The only recommendations I would have is to display a price list. A lash lift is £35, and with tint it's £45. All reasonable prices for Edinburgh, but could do with advertising in the window. I also got a text 30 mins before my appointment asking me to come early for it. I was in the area anyway and this was convenient so it was easily done, but the communication could be nicer (e.g. "an optional earlier slot is available, if you would like it let us know").

Highly disappointed! I booked a spa day that was supposed to include a manicure, pedicure, hair spa, and facial. When I arrived, I found out the owner was handling everything by herself — no staff at all. During the pedicure, she asked me to just dip my feet in water, lightly exfoliated my heels, trimmed my nails (very unprofessionally), applied some oil, and gave a massage that lasted maybe a minute — if that. She didn’t clean my nails properly, and when she exfoliated around my ankle, she actually hurt me. My nails ended up looking quite funny — no shape or smooth finish at all. Definitely not what you expect from a professional service. She originally said the pedicure was £33. When I asked about the lack of scrub or proper treatment, she said, “We don’t do that — every salon has its own style.” I explained I’ve had plenty of pedicures before and never experienced anything like this. I told her I’d just pay for the pedicure and skip the manicure and facial since I was so disappointed. She said she’d charge £20 because my feet were “quite clean,” but when she realized I wasn’t going to continue with the rest of the treatments, she suddenly changed it to £30. No clear price list, no professionalism, and overall a very poor experience. I paid and left — completely dissatisfied. Would not recommend.

I had a 90 minute facial booked. Before I even got there they were ringing me up asking me to come earlier which was impossible for me. Once they got there only two members of staff the treatment was for 90 minutes but I don’t think it lasted more then 50 minutes. I could see why it was rushed as before I was even finished the lady who was doing my facial was attending another person.Very poor experience the lady kept asking me if I wanted to pay cash I told her I only have card to make a payment she looked disappointed. I don’t think I’ll ever be using this salon ever again.

I went there and got the full works done: eyebrows, lash lift, a facial massage and a change of gel in my nails. It was a very pleasant experience. Lyn and her team are amazing, mega friendly and take care of you and answer your questions while they’re doing the different procedures, 10/10 !

Pailin, is the best masseuse in the business. From the minute I met her to this very day she has been a kind and strong as an ox. She gives it her all and she is such a lovely kind human. All my love Pailin. So happy to have your magic hands work magic on me. Thank you so much.

Just moved to the city and needed a new eyebrow place, and WOW. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for nearly 2 decades and this might be one of the best threading I've ever had. I barely felt anything (I've had some BRUTAL threading done at other places before) and they were just beautifully shaped. I'll definitely be returning here.

Staff super friendly, patient and attentive to my needs - however, the quality of the shellac was very poor and chipped and peeled off after 6 days (conveniently a day after their 5 day touch up period). When I paid a little more at another salon, it stayed on for almost two months without chipping. I'd not recommend this salon or return.

Been going here for years....tried other places but nothing seems to compare. Friendly and relaxing atmosphere with a wide range of services. They always seem to accommodate my last minute requests for an appointment which makes all the difference. Highly recommend for all your beauty needs.

Very poor experience. The salon itself is not clean and there are plugs and wires everywhere. I was there for a manicure and so was in the salon for about an hour. The beautician spoke to me only a few times to tell me to relax my hands. The rest of the time she and 5 other staff members spoke constantly in Chinese to one another completely ignoring clients. I have just taken the nail varnish off as it was a poor job.
