I've been getting HydraFacial at SMB+S for over a year now and have only had positive experience. The atmosphere is very relaxing and I can always get advice on skin care.
I was really delighted with my consultation today. Ashleigh was incredibly welcoming, friendly,informative and professional. We have discussed a treatment plan and I look forward to getting started. It was worth getting two buses to visit the salon today. I feel that I am in very safe hands. I must also mention the very lovely receptionist who was extremely welcoming and very friendly too.
The best lash lifts I have ever had! Louisa is so lovely and chatty, my lashes always look amazing once she is finished and last for 2+ months. All the staff in Sarah Murray are so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend coming here!

She offers a wealth of knowledge, talking you through every step of your treatment. A true gem of a salon. I get my nails done by Aimee and for the first time in my life, I feel comfortable stepping into a salon environment. Everyone is always super friendly and I walk away with a smile on my face every week. It’s not only about getting my nails done, but the good feeling I carry with me way after I’ve left.
Greeting upon entering made me feel immediately welcome, not intimidated at all (which has happened at other places). The detail with which my questions were answered really helped me understand and in some ways unlearn my previous misconceptions about my skincare (like why has NO ONE ever told me before NOT to wash my face in the shower because the heat is too dehydrating?) so even though it was a consultation, I felt like I received valuable education. It's why I felt completely empowered to purchase some products, and book myself for a proper facial treatment the following week. I am so glad that my friends over at Synergy Fitness recommended this place to me!
Its first time visiting the salon and when I arrived I got a very warm welcome from Siobhan. On my way out Siobhan asked if I wanted to rebook, which I already had, and she was super helpful when I enquired about brows/patch test. She’s like a breath of fresh air! I was booked in with Roxy for BIAB nails. I felt great energy from Roxy immediately and a friendly warm welcome. She explained what she was doing and made sure I was happy each step of the way and gave me plenty time to choose a colour. I’m thrilled with my nails and have no hesitation using Roxy again. The salon is inviting and immaculately clean. I’ve definitely found my new favourite place to go - thank you for a great experience!!
All of the staff here are amazing - so friendly and helpful. Sarah is an utter dream it’s like catching up with an old friend while she works miracles on your face. As a newbie to facials last year, Sarah put me totally at ease sharing openly about the products and treatments, and adapting her plans based on how you’re feeling. Also supports with aftercare and recommended routines. A year ago I’d never had a facial , now I couldn’t be without. Highly recommend
