    My hybrid infill appointment with Sophie was the most painful lash appointment I’ve ever had, and I’ve been getting my lashes done for over four years. There was so much tugging on my lashes. I was nervous the entire time because it felt like all my lashes were getting pulled out. The result was unnaturally thick, long, and uneven lashes. I told Sophie that I wasn’t happy. She was sweet about it and tried to fix them. However, after she finished, I saw clunks of hard, white glue residue on my lash line. She said that that was normal and would wash away. I knew that was not true and asked her to fix them. Thankfully, she did. That experience took an emotional toll on me. It was definitely not worth my time and money.

    I paid 55 pounds for a weird, ugly eyelash. What I got was completely different from the pictures advertised on their website. I made it clear in advance that I wanted natural eyelashes. They gave me a weird eyelash that didn't fit. I asked for a change, but they said they'd charge double. Finally, they agreed to remove my ugly eyelashes and provide me with natural eyelash service again. But it turns out I got a few eyelashes. Even uglier. I'm never coming back. The attitude of the service staff is also very bad. I had an eye allergy that night. 55 pounds is a complete waste

    @AL your review is completely barbaric. I’ve been going to Octangle beauty for months now. They are extremely professional and kind. I always feel so welcomed, they’re so welcoming and Lana, the owner is genuinely the nicest person i’ve ever met !!!!! She doesn’t have a rude bone in her body. She’s so understanding, helpful, and so much fun to talk to. I cannot stress how much I love my lashes, I always feel so confident leaving and they look amazing every time without fault. If you are looking to get lashes, or any other cosmetic procedure done here i recommend 1000% they take what you ask for very seriously and the outcome is amazing every time!! Best place in Edinburgh for sure!!!

    Best place. The girls are always so nice. I get my hair done here by Chloe and she is honestly the best. Wouldn't let anyone else touch my hair now. So professional, friendly and explains what can and can't be done (depending on what you're looking for - she's very honest and realistic about the style you'll achieve and I've never been happier when getting my hair done here). Highly recommend x

    Purchased dermaplaning for my mum and dad at Octangle Beauty on the 23rd June 2019. Robyn completed the treatment and was first class. They left feeling refreshed and relaxed would highly recommend to for anyone contemplating trying it at Octangle. "Feel 10 year younger" Lana the owner also done my mums lashes and very amazing and fluffy. Exactly what she asked for and is still in love with them. Best salon in Edinburgh.
