Booking cancelled by salon 15 mins before appointment time. I had already arrived and paid £9 for 2 hours of parking. Salon claimed appointment was cancelled as soon as I made the booking (1h 15 mins prior to appointment) but this is not the case - email was received only 15 mins prior to appointment time.
Amazing beauty bar! After almost a year of getting my nails done by Jenna I can happily say I have loved every single set I've had. The girlies in kolours always give me a laugh and I look forward to going in each time. Also, the 7 day free repair policy is a real life saver when the occasion calls for it!
I've been coming here for just over a year now and the service provided by Jenna and co. Is absolutely fantastic! Always a really nice job done, great chat and at Christmas time they even gave away a wee tape dispenser roll so I wouldn't damage my nails doing the wrapping. Great wee local place and couldn't recommend it enough!
I went for a wash, cut and blow dry Viktorija, was amazing very kind and I absolutely love my hair cut! I will be back.

I wish your policy was clearer on the having children on your premises. It says on your website that children under 8 years of age cannot be admitted into the salon. However children over the age of 8 are allowed. On the entry to your salon I was told an absolute no for coming in with my son. No one even asked about his age - just strict no. If this is the case, and I understand, I wish your website was clearer in the rules.
I've had a few gel manicures here over the past few months, all have been fantastic. Jenna is personable, professional, and was always up to tackle any ideas I brought to the salon. When I messaged her to let her know the side of one nail began lifting a day after I got my first gel manicure with her, she promptly fit me in the next morning to fix it. Each manicure easily lasted four weeks (!!!) and I regularly received compliments on them. The salon itself is very well-kept and Denise, the other woman working in the salon, is also very friendly though I haven't had any work done with her yet. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality of the work and I definitely intend to return once I come back to Scotland.
