   I hate being the person to complain, but I came in and was super polite. The women that was working there was just so horrible. I asked her to explain the 1.29 breakfast meal and she looked and spoke to me as if I was stupid and was passive aggressive.. I know you hate your job but don’t take it out on me. I then asked for ketchup and they didn’t come to the till for 10 minutes after repeatedly telling me 2 minutes from across the back of the restaurant so I just walked behind the counter and took it myself and they didn’t even notice, it honestly ruins your mood when people don’t have decent human kindness like please do better everyone is in the same position as you. I know it’s not that deep but seriously

   Great food usually, but today burger was slapped together, burger hanging out the side and too much mustard. And my biggest issue it wasn’t really warm. Did drive through and was on the M8 before I realised and too late to go back. But it was my only bad experience. Do not like nearly cold burgers.Also travelled from Glasgow south side to get here. The ones in town are a pain to find parking .

   I’ve previously been to this Tim Hortons many times and usually have good experiences however on this occasions my lattice fries were reheats and it’s not the first time it’s happened.. Their marketing says everything is made fresh while you wait, hence why sometimes having to wait a few minutes more is worth the wait bcuz you know your food is prepared freshly.. I got the meal but was not impressed at all with the lattice fries.. Last time this happened it put me off from coming here but I thought I’d give TH another go only bcuz in the past I have had good experiences but sadly I got reheats again…

   I was a bit disappointed with my recent order. The hash brown was overcooked and quite burnt on one side, which made 80% of it inedible. The piece of bacon I received was also unusual in shape and texture, not what I’d normally expect (this hasn't been chewed) and my selection of timbits isnt very varied. I usually enjoy Tim Hortons breakfast items, but this one felt below their usual standard. Hopefully it was just a one-off.

   This is the busiest Tim Horton I have ever been in. 11am on a Tuesday? Does no one work in paisley? Lots of just eat drivers too. Vegetarian sausage is really nice.
