As a tourist I just picked the hairdresser who was closest to where I was staying. Lauren was very professional, thorough, friendly and welcoming. She did a fantastic job of dyeing, cutting, and blow drying my hair. Trisha did an equally great job on my eyebrows. I am delighted with the result and the experience.
Trish is fantastic... We had a massage session on my lower legs to help improve circulation. Was brilliant and I need another one soon

Absolutely raging at the service I received from this salon today. I have been twice before & spent a fortune on the body contour wraps & two friends have done the same based on my recommendation. I rang today wanting to book in for another 3 wraps spending £165 & was told I would be taking up a room for too long & that I would have to have 3 extra treatments to make it worth their while! All I got offered was lunchtime slots because it fitted in with their lunch rota, never mind my own rota & the fact I have a FT job. I was giving them a months notice as I know it's a popular treatment & cannot believe that they have rejected my booking. Apparently my money isn't is good as other people's. May I suggest that if the treatment takes too long you should stop offering it or adjust your prices instead of advertising misleading information. Will take my business elsewhere & recommend others do the same.
