Wanted my hair lightened. Was orange when foils came off. Was told my hair had a lot of warmth in it and to use a silver shampoo. Left salon with orange dry damaged hair. Had to spend another £148 next day to get it fixed (the colour atleast as going to take a while to sort the condition).
Had my waxing done by the amazing Claire today, absolutely outstanding beautician, so friendly and professional, makes you feel very comfortable xx
First time going & it was a really lovely experience. I have been to Amy before (as she's an expert with hi-lighting hair) but her salon is SO pretty & nothing like I've seen before. Amazing!
