   I had an appointment for Friday 16th June at 12-00 for hair cut. Arrived on time to find shop had shut down a few weeks earlier and was no longer trading. No one notified me of the appointment cancellation. Not a happy bunny!!!! Richard

   Booked myself and another person for 11am for a hair up and wash and blowdry. Wasn’t communicated that only one person would be in, so the other person in my party wasn’t taken until 12pm which nearly made us late for a nearby wedding. Had to redo my hair later in the day as blowdry fell flat after less than an hour.
