Had a great experience getting my hair cut and styled. Ellie explained what would suit my hair type, checked in while taking of the length and made sure I'm loving the haircut before finishing up. Reasonably priced, clean and tidy salon and great staff.
I had my first appointment with Connor today and he worked miracles! He was attentive, patient and methodical. I felt that he was equally invested in getting my hair how I wanted it - which was so important to me after going to another salon and feeling unhappy with my hair. I will definitely be back and would 100% recommend.
I first visited Medusa in November 2021, after having a baby in May my hair felt thin and lifeless and I was really self conscious about it. I decided to have a complete style transformation and Ellie gave me such a fantastic cut, have had so many compliments and feel like a new person! Fast forward to tonight where I went to get my new hair cut coloured with Ellie, she listened to what I wanted and advised me accordingly, she is so honest, friendly and so so good at what she does. Hair looks so cool and I feel back to being confident! Thank you Ellie, my go to stylist from now on x
I came in for a radical change of hairstyle and was really unsure about whether it would suit me. My stylist Debbie was so friendly and professional, she was able to give me great advice and produced a cut that was exactly what I had in mind and looks great!! I couldn't be happier with the service I received today. The salon is a lovely atmosphere, it is well-organised and feels safe covid-wise. Great value too, for how professional and talented the stylists are. I will be back soon!
A stylish salon that helpfully uses an online booking system to quickly and easily select the treatment and staff member of your choice. It is in a relaxed setting and there is a wide array of refreshments on offer. Bryony was very helpful and empathetic and took the time to understand my requirements while demonstrating great technical knowledge. My only criticism is that tips cannot be added to card payments and I hope that this is something that the salon will address.
After a disappointing first visit I returned to Medusa where Linda had arranged for Leanne to colour my hair. Leanne understood what I wanted and took time to explore all the options. She paid great attention to detail and I'm really happy with the result. I had previously given this salon 1 star but it truly does deserve a 5 star review. Really good customer service shown and all the staff are lovely. There is a great atmosphere in this salon, and good coffee too!
